So, in a while I’m going away for a nice long break from the university to experience some other nice (and warmer) countries. However, I am a little concerned about maintaining all my hard worked gains. I don’t know if there’s a thread about this some place else; if there is, I haven’t been able to find it.

Since I mostly will live in hostels and other similar places, in countries where one can’t stay in the shower for very long because of water shortages and where there’s people in every corner of the buildings, where could be the best place to PE? The bathroom? In my sleeping bag? Public toilets? Outdoors? :)

If anyone has been living out of their backpack for a longer period of time and been able to do a decent PE routine, please reply to this thread and give me, and other potential backpackers, some tips!

I have done a lot of backpacking and a lot of PE and my belief is that they more or less don’t mix.

Like you said, privacy is an issue, time is an issue, water is an issue, water temperature is an issue, health of the body, etc.

I know you don’t want to stop your PE, I totally understand! I hate having to take breaks. But during times where you will most likely be extremely inconsistent in your routine, such as a backpacking trip, PE almost becomes a burden rather than a blessing. Can I suggest taking a deconditioning break while you are traveling? Enjoy your travels, focus on having fun and seeing the world, PE will be there when you are done.

But there are always things you can do: kegels, ads, etc.

Yeah, and I suppose I can sneak in a squeeze or two and a stretch here and there just to maintain things. Thanks for the advice.

Do some light stretches in your bed or something. Or get up in the middle of night and go to the bathroom.

Remember always that PE works for YOU, you don’t work for PE

Maybe try several (5 or 6) x 5 minute fairly intense dry jelqing sessions per day, in the washroom?

You could always blame the bathroom breaks on the spicy food you are eating!

I agree that backpacking and gains don’t really mix, but I am sure that you don’t want the feeling of losing ground when you are on vacation, especially as you are young and never know when opportunities will come up with the ladies? The feeling of being constantly engorged at all times sure won’t hurt your confidence factor when you are going for some ‘Çultural Exchange”.

Have a ton of fun man and please try to keep us posted, I am a little jealous of you! Good on you for doing this kind of thing while you have the opportunity to.

I went backpacking for 2 weeks this winter and there is no way I would be able to do P.E. while staying in hostels and sharing accommodations with random people. Plus when you are away, P.E. is the last thing that is on your mind. Take it easy and enjoy your trip. You will have time to pull your penis once you get back to your regular daily routine.

This is basically my last chance to do something like this since I only have my master thesis left and I really need a break before I begin with it. Like I mentioned earlier, I’m not really concerned about getting new gains while I’m away, simply maintaining what I got :) .

Krowax, my suggestion is to forget about PE and enjoy your trip. A month ago I returned from a month of backpacking through Mexico and Cuba. Believe me, you will have trouble finding the time to jerk off, let alone do PE.

But truly there is no need to obsess about PE - forget about it, and focus on getting to know the new country and it’s people.
