I’m just popping in briefly, it’s been awhile. I’ve been very busy with work, a side project, & some intense PE.

The side project is “The Cockulator” ( - which I hope to have finished by early November.

And the PE work has been intense stretching - with the aid of talcum powder & a 2-foot wooden dial rod. I’ll give a detailed routine later, but it’s something like this:

(1) Bundled stretches (between 9:30-12:00 LOT). Left, then Right - 4 sets each direction.

(2) Behind the leg stretch - way back, like 6:00, even 5-5:30) 2 sets each, left & right.

(3) Modified A Stretches, usually 3-5 sets, or so.

(4) Fulcrum stretches, rod against upper side of penis base, then pull straight up - mad tunica stretch.

(5) Then a form of modified A, with the dial rod placed in beneath the shaft, roughly at middle.

(6) V Stretches.

I finish this off with some mad pulls SO, with both hands, while I’m leaning backwards, away from the pull.

Then I do 15-25 very slow jelqs and I’m finished - literally, as in BLOWN AWAY.

My ligs get so damn sore from this. I can actually see my penis looking longer in this brief period; won’t measure for 2 more weeks.

If you don't take the time to do the PE exercises how do you expect to gain? The fairy godmother of PE?


How many days a week?

When you say sets of A stretches… how many stretches are in each set?

BTW- that’s an insane routine! I’m doing something a little less intense than that (less exercies)

I’m doing the stretching routine as often as I can (probably 4-6 days per week), depending on time constraints. I think that intense girth work requires more rest - every other day is probably best, I believe; however, for length frequency is probably best.

If you could do 6 very intense daily stretch sessions of 10-15 minutes each, 7 days per week, that would probably help much. But I made huge initial girth gains by working every other day (sometimes just 3x per week). I did this without even realizing the benefits, just going on the assumption that you shouldn’t train daily (based on my weightlifting background).

In regards to stretching/plastic deformation, etc. I believe that frequency is very important, and conventional weight training wisdom just doesn’t apply to length work.

I really prefer jelqing over other forms of PE, but I’m really interested in more length. At over 6” midshaft, I don’t need more girth - but I’d like another 1-1.5” EL, hence the crazy stretching.

Hmmm that one day on one day off for girth sounds like a good plan.

Gave me 0.5” EG midshaft in my first month of PE. In all, I’ve gained an inch of erect girth, midshaft; a gain not lost upon my wife.

If you want girth….

(1) work it every other day

(2) do slow, strong jelqs at least 75% erect (actually 75-90% range)

(3) do “holds” - kegel strongly, then clamp your base & hold it for 1 minute

Ironically, I didn’t even need to do much of the “heavy duty” girth work, such as horse440s, Ulis, etc.

As I want more length, I’ve laid off the girth work becaue I’m convinced that the thicker you are, the harder it is to stretch. But once I hit my length goal (*fingers crossed*), I might do a last-ditch girth cycle, doing the horse440s, Ulis, etc., until I hit 6.5” midshaft. I definitely don’t want more than that or my wife will probably shut me off for good.


great routine and thinking. I’m playing around with the same thought for a few weeks now. Seems to work so far.
