Hi! It’s been 1 month and two weeks since my last measurement. I’ve measured today and my length was 7,5 Bp and girth was 5,85 (base). Still doing the same routine but I must change it because it doesn’t pay off anymore :(

Any ideas ?

I took peek at your routine and came across this little gem:

Something tells me it’s time to change up your routine. Your penis has probably adapted to whatever stresses you’ve been putting on it and it needs some variation. You have to hit it with something unexpected or it’s not going to grow. Has your LOT fluctuated from 7?

change it up…shock your body and you’ll grow again…if you’ve grown before, you’ll grow again, just change it up…I almost never do the same routine and I’m usually sore and know I’m growing after each workout…

How long of a workout does it usually take for you to feel soreness?

My lot is somewhere in between 7 and 8 right now

Well, for starters you could throw in a few more minutes of jelqing. I know you want girth, but the popular theory running at the moment is length first, girth second. On that note….

It’s time to concentrate on your stretching work. Since your LOT is so low it’s time to bust on that tunica. Stretch upwards, and sometimes throw in some more intense stretches. A-stretches, inverted v-stretches(aka inverse fulcrum stretches). Make your tunica scream but don't overdo it.

As far as volume goes, it’s hard to give a definite number. If you feel fatigue (and your routine post made it seem like you do) then aim for that.

I’m tossing these suggestions out assuming you still don’t want to hang. That’s cool, but I’m partial to hanging. Check out Hubbard’s site (link at the bottom of every page on this forum) for ideas on cheap homemade hangers besides the billion other variants floating around the site.

Last, but not least, you could try either deconditioning the tissues (take a six week break and resume PE; this can be very difficult) or a shock session or two (wild volume increases…quadruple your normal workout for one or two sessions). If you need more help, just say the word.

Wad, My typical workout is short and very intense…I can get just as sore in 15 minutes as I can from a very relaxed hour long session…right now I am doing 15 minutes in the morning - no warmup- jelqs, squeeze jelqs and bends - then in the shower at night, 10 minutes of intense stretching, 10 minutes of intense squeeze jelqs and bends, alternating with a few of the base rotation things, I need a name for this move…OK grip tight on the base at about 60-70% erection…squeeze tight at base, push into the body with the hand and make circular motions with it…the pressure should be right in the ligs at the base…I have gotten a few pops from this and feel like I am loosening the ligs…
