Started PE...again...

Started PE...again...

OK so I finally started to seriously PE again. With the Newbie Routine! I have a minor goal for now, 5.5 NBPEL. I’m already 5.0 :) I think this is negotiable. Haha! I’m having a hard time adjusting, since I haven’t done PE in about…a year. Well on and off, without a routine. Eventually adding in a few clamps starting in August. :)

I post to make everyone’s day better, Krowax! :D Or just out of boredom. :p My only issue with restarting is that now I’m paranoid about injuring myself. I think I should stop worrying so much. Haha!

I never left the newbie routine. :) The hard part is gonna be finding, not time, the correct way to do them. I kinda forgot. This time, dudes when I hit 7.5 NBPEL I’m not gonna stop. I’ll just keep going, and stay with my routine. ;)

Congrats comming out of your hiatus. I’ve been on quite a few myself :) I don’t think they’re all that bad really. For me it’s actually been advantageous to go without PE for a few months and notice that my gains are mostly cemented. I stopped for about 3 months once and didn’t lose anything noticeable (may have been 1/16th of length or girth or something, but not enough to notice upon measuring). Assuming this is the case, it’s motivational to see hard work pay off (and not disappear).

Some of my loss could be from weight gain. Hate my fat pad.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Haha! I know, when you don’t do it for a couple days that happens. :( Unless you workout. Then EQ usually stays decent.
