"Stand up, lose length" and the Kegel cure
I found this in another thread, but it seemed kinda off topic, so I’m putting it in a new thread.
You stand up and you lose some size. A common problem. Do a search on kegels. Or the BC muscle. PE 101 on the main title page. You need some strengthening exercises. Cool thing is you can do these exercises anywhere.
Best described it’s the muscle located right where your taint is. I would say that all Vets have done these and know that it’s helps with everything.
I lose length when I stand up, and I have never heard that kegels will help with this. Is it true?
