squeezes after a month

I have been peing for a few weeks now and I started squeezes and they felt great. that sort of high pressure sting sensation and I have had no problems as far as overdoing it that I know of and was wondering why people suggest not getting into it until many months later? Maybe my member is different than some but I was just wondering if there is anything I should know that I dont. thanks

Im going to do squeezes instead of jelqing for awhile I really have been dissapointed with girth progress. have you been able to measure any gains from them after a month?

Guys; a month is a little soon to be expecting noticeable gains. I know some do, but don’t expect to duplicate their experience. We all have different tissue compostitions.

When I first starting this program, I focused on jelqing and doing some light manual stretching (OM). In the first month alone, I gained almost .75 inches in length, but not much at all in girth. I started to include squeezes in my routine and within the first week, I could “feel” a difference. Now after about 2 months total time, I probably gained about .4inches in girth now. Squeezes are really good for girth and I throw in a couple of horse squeezes at the end of my set too.

yes. I got off to a rough start jelquing and only did it for a week and a half and had to stop for 2 weeks and then got back on doing squeezes. I did only squeezes for a week or so then I made a program for myself that included 10 min of jelquing and squeezes and from the first time I have started I have gained about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch in girth. squeezes do help A LOT but combined with jequing I think they work better and ir feels better when doing them adn after teh workout. sort of gets the dick stretched out and “spongy”, dont know how else to put it. but try both together.

Hey Joe, I experienced the same thing when I added pumping to my slow jelqing (which is almost squeezing really). I notice a sponginess when I jelq after pumping. Some of it is skin swelling, but I don’t think of all it is. I think the condition has been described as the “sweet spot” of peing. Anyway, I think when you experience that condition you’re doing something right.

Seelefty, you might do better with squeezes, but I’d listen to Avocet and build up slowly. I haven’t had any injuries and don’t want any. If you get a bad one, it could set you back longer than if you’d taken your time initially.
