Squeeze routine w/o fluid build up


It seems that I am getting more and more fluid build up with my squeeze routine. I don’t think I am just working it harder, so maybe it is just looser skin, I don’t know.

Has anyone here learned to do their squeeze routine w/o major fluid buildup and how?


I don’t know how long you have been doing your squeeze routine. But I had that same problem, until recently. I still get the doughnut after my session but a few hours later I’m just thicker not spongy with just a dense thicker appearance. My point being work through it.

Someone else once posted this about using a pump. That you could work through the stage of getting a large fluid build up or doughnut.
