Sporadic expansion (or SPEX for short) is a general term for performing PE exercises one or more times throughout the day as a supplement to a normal PE routine.
Successful gainers like kooljohn and bennett8 do this as part of their routine:

The best known exercises for this are kegelling and piss pulls which can easily and discretely done at any time during the day but in the privacy of a toilet cubicle, other exercises like erect kegelling, dry jelqing and squeezing can also be performed.

My SPEX routine looks like this:

-I usually wait for a naturally occurring semi erection which warms things up somewhat.
-I visit a toilet cubicle
-Stretch my penis upwards slowly until I reach the stretch limit, hold for 10-20 seconds, release do some circular stretches and once more slowly pull upwards and hold.
-Usually I start to get hard by this time so I masturbate by dry jelqing until I get a full erection
-I then do as many erect kegels as possible and dry jelq to keep things hard
I rarely spend more than 5 minutes doing this but I usually manage to do it 2-3 times daily, every 2-4 hours.
I have noticed that during the 2nd and 3rd sessions my penis feels thicker and gets harder.

I only do enough to reach maximum expansion, above all I don’t want to over-train.

The idea of ADS and SPEX is to constantly “bother” the penis with tension and pressure to expand it to the maximum size as much as possible.
Whereas All Day Stretching (ADS) applies a constant stretch to the penis for a long duration, sporadic expansion intermittently applies a greater force for a lower duration. Both force the body to go into adaptive mode which in PE means getting longer and thicker as a way to adapt to the abnormal stresses that are unnaturally applied.

The advantage of ADS are: it is passive, clinically proven to work and avoids “turtling”.
The disadvantages are: having something unnatural attached to your skin, higher risk of injury, long duration, inconvenient for urination, bad circulation and indiscreet (depending on device design)

The advantages of SPEX are: no device is required, it is pleasurable, discrete, can be done in any toilet cubicle, it is quick - lasting less than 5 minutes.
The disadvantages are: not clinically proven, risk of injury if done excessively with cold shaft, the penis will eventually turtle to its normal flaccid size.

Does anyone else do sporadic expansion exercises? Please share your experiences.

Yeah and has never bring me any fantastic results, that’s the why that as soon as possible, I will buy a ADS and start a whole new routine for me. And don’t know why but girth gains are easy as hell for me but lenght gains.

I’ve tried most of the routine that are here on thunders, I think the best, if you don’t wanna a ADS, is bennet routine’s.

Consider using BTC stretch as an ADS after your SPEX routine. I have used this to prevent turtling. Search for BTC as ADS for more information.

I have tried most forms of PE including ADS, with which I did have some growth but this came very slowly and took up a lot of valuable time. My current routine seems to be twice as effective and takes up much less time.

How long did you keep up the SPEX sessions in your routine Phyriel? The first thing I noticed before length gains was increased girth.
When you try a new kind of PE routine usually a few months is neccessary to judge how effective it is but my latest routine with SPEX gave good results within weeks.

I have noticed that my penis turtles much less during the day in between my SPEX sessions, I think that this is due to the improved circulation.
I usually have a heavier flaccid hang compared to before.

These exercises are like basic maintainence. It’s like doing pushups in the morning before going to the gym. I do piss pulls and windmill stretches all the time after I use the bathroom. One other thing I do is start and stop my urine flow to gain di*k control. I am lasting longer in bed now than usual.

I’m not a fan of dry jelqing, but I like the idea of this SPEX routine. Keep us posted on the results.

I tried bennet routine for six month, I have a serious problem about gaining lenght, I just need one inch and can’t do it man, and girth I increase far more easy, when I have the right time I will start ADS. What’s SPEX?

I have started “fulcrum” stretches as my piss pulls after taking a leak. I definitely feel a stretch of the ligs versus the tunica. “Regular” manual stretches tend to be too rough on my tunica, and I have seen next to zero length gains.

I do these stretches throughout the day, not just after pissing.

I think it is important to point out that sporadic expansions (Frequent erections) may lead to overtraining. I give thumbs up for the theory.;)
