MM, Caffeine is a diuretic; it dehydrates the body. That’s probably why laying off it can help. The more hydrated you are, the better your blood flow - I’m guessing.

I went off caffeine all last year, I have recently started drinking Gano Coffee which is a low caffeine alternative, though even when having a cup of regular coffee a day I didn’t notice a difference in flaccid or anything, so blood flow remained the same. Thinking back I also made most of my gains while chronically smoking pot, so hmmm… :-k

I haven’t seen much of an effect from my caffein intake either. I drink up to 8 cups of strong coffee a day without any noticable side effects.
Last week, I tried 3-4 days without any caffein. I only noticed that I felt more sleepy and needed a nap in the afternoon. No effect on the flaccid hang.

I’ve got a question after reading this and the baseball effect. How do you increase the girth of your entire penis, not just the middle as jelqing seems to do to me, but mainly the base. The head also, but mainly base. What excercises are good for this.

Pumping and hanging increase base girth for most guys.

Pumping and jelqing have increased base and head size for me personally, mid girth has been the toughest for me.

But I think you will gain base girth with either pumping or hanging.

Wad I think you should tell him some of the techniques you learned to break out of a plateau. A-stretch, bundle-stretch, erect bends, etc. Its the least you can do after he inspired you and all of us.

That’s the real secret right there…Marijuana completely relaxes the tissues allowing for a super effective stretch…Or maybe I’m making this up in a sad attempt to justify my love of cheeba weeba.

Maybe it even prevents thrombosis a little bit too as it widens veins and ateries - maybe making it harder to get the little blood clots? Either way - I don’t think it would hinder any gains.

I was curious if anybody is planning on experimenting with his approach. Specifically, the 7-day schedule, lengthy 3-minute moderate stretching, and gradually escalating volume (but not intensity).

I would like to add again that I think his 2-a-days were a mistake. If anybody does gradually progress to about 1 hour daily, and the gains run dry, I believe a long break is the answer. Then come back very slowly.

I didn’t discuss much with him, and not simply to avoid feeling embarrassed. The reality is that I’ve only seen him about 4 or 5 times in the past 22 years (since we graduated high school). I’ve only seen him one time in the past year. And his kid is finished wrestling, so I don’t know if I’ll ever see him again (he lives quite a few miles from me and we move in totally different circles; it’s only by chance that we ran into each other - because our kids were wrestling at the same tournament, and we ended up at the same bar later).

If I thought I’d see him on a regular basis, I’m sure I’d come clean. And offer him suggestions also. But what’s the point really? Besides, should I worry about his “tiny” 9¼ x 6½?

Btw, if anybody does pursue this workout, provide specifics: workout, diet, smoke or not? caffeine or not? regular exercising, supplements, etc. I’m curious if he was just a genetic anomaly, or if his freakish dedication and his super-clean lifestyle contributed much to his gains. If I do resume PE, I’ll probably start with a scaled-down version of his routine.

Interesting that he made such good gains by not stretching vigorously.
I just tried holding a stretch for longer than a minute and found it difficult with about 15lbs worth of pull. If I pull with about 25lbs I can usually only hold each stretch for about 15 seconds before my hand cramps or I lose my grip.
I wonder how much pressure he was pulling with, whatever it was seemed to have been effective.

Also interesting that he never pulled down, so it appears that the Tunica was being targeted with SO and SU stretching. (I have recently read of a couple of other people reporting good gains on another site by stretching SO).
5 minutes of stretching does not sound much (I know it increased every 3 weeks or so), I wonder if the jelqing prior to stretching was an important part to his success?
My routine is mainly stretching throughout the day with jelqing every second evening, maybe I should stretch after jelqing in future.

I was reading some of your old threads trying to find where your length gains came from Wadzilla. Was it mainly manual stretching? Details please.

OK Wad, I’m gonna do it since it isn’t that much different from my normal routine. I too have an AM/PM routine, but take 1 day of the week to rest.

What I do is:
* Light clamping to slowly get the blood moving, till the glands are smooth. (This is unnessisary if I do it in the shower)
* Then I’d dry jelq for 50 slow strokes. (3-5 seconds, sometimes longer if its a good squeeze)
* Then the O Bends. Bend to the left for 10 seconds, then right for 10 seconds (I work my way through the base, midshaft, then as close to the glands as possible). I do 2 sets of the bends.
* Then 10 more slow jelq’s to end.

I do that about 20 minutes after I wake up and an hour before I go to bed.

But since I read your thread, I removed my day off, and am slowly adding stretching to my routine. Only about 2-3 times per week, and as I get used to it, every session. And after the session I’ll add more jelq strokes to end it.

I appreciate Wad taking the initiative to question his friend. While Wad wasn’t concerned about how he found out about PE, from his description of the exercises it sounds like he might have read the “Jojido” PE document. This was the first document that I found when searching the Net years ago, and because it had a bunch of “mumbo jumbo” about “samurai dick masters” I didn’t give it much credibility. Specifically, it denounces “jelqing” and instead calls the exercise “milking”.

Some things that the document talks about with the milking exercise, which are unique AFAIK…. using different grips, palm up or palm down and concentrating on squeezing different parts of the shaft. Also, doing a reverse stroke from the glans back to the body. And another interesting point, at variance with most opinions I’ve seen posted…..they recommend always masturbating to orgasm to conclude the session.

I’m probably a good guinea pig for this- I stopped hanging in favor of manual stretches recently. I’ll add in a jelq routine & see what happens..
