my routine was:
10 mins JAI stretches,
30 mins jeqling,
More JAI stretches,
That was a nice long workout. One day I spent the entire day in just a dressing gown working at home and did medium JAI stretches all day. Needless to say I had that ‘good’ soreness the next day, and the next.
Doing JAI’s really gets what I think are ligs just above and around the base of the penis. Am I hitting the right area for lig stretching?
Anyway my main question, which I think some newbies might wonder about, and also a contentious issue: If you wake up and you have the soreness of a workout, should you rest until it’s gone, and then do it again till you feel worked out, or should you always keep this level of soreness up, until your rest days?
I work three days on, one off, but recently with the worked out feel I get form JAI stretches I wonder whether I should take more days off.
It is worth noting that the big advocate of no rest days, DLD, didn’t start by doing that, and factored up the intensity (I think this is correct) until he could constantly stress his penis and grow.
I have only been in PE for a few weeks routinely and a year or so one and off (mainly off) so I’m not sure whether I should keep my ligs in constant soreness.
I would like to stress that I am not in pain from my workouts.
