Some Things I have learned.
This may be worth reading to some people. Even when i joined the board theres no way you could read everything and know everything. So here is something ive learned, I dont know if it has been posted before, but ill post anyway. Before I learned this I did all kinds of stretches, but I found this to be most effective and works best for length. My theory is this: stretches to the side stretch the opposite side your stretching to which is obvious, stretches down work the ligs, and up does the tunica. But a stretch I recently used was straight away from point of where the penis comes out of the body. I learned that stretches to the sides and stretches down and up do minimal length increase, but combined with stretches coming straight out from the point of where it exits the body, makes length increases alot more effective and efficient. Ive gotten alot more length than my regular stretching routine using this strategy. I figured its like trying to lengthen a plastic string on some sort. the way I see it is like this. You can try stretching straight out and it will be hard to do. But if u do stretches to the side u can loosen the opposite sides and stretches up and down can losen the top and bottom sides, but still will not lengthen much. But after the side stretches and top and bottom stretches the straight out stretches will be more effective because everything was stretched and loosened BESIDES the middle which you will be stretching when you do straight out stretches. That is my theory and it works well for me. I hope it helps. My conclusion is always put straight out stretches into your length routine and make sure to fatigue and stretch ALL of your penis. Not just certain sides or ligs or tunica. For maximun growth you want to hit all areas. By the way my routine I do is lots of stretches to the side, lots of stretches up and down, v-stretches, and at the end I do straight out stretches and after that my dick feels long for some reason. I have gained about an inch using this routine in about 2 months since starting this routine. I do it 2 days or 3 days on 1 day off(whichever I feel) and I only do about 20-30 minutes for this routine.
September 2004: BPEL=5.75 in. NBPEL=5.25 in. EG=4.75 in. July 2005: BPEL=6.5 in. NBPEL=6 in. EG=havent checked yet .75 in gain in both BP and NBP Erect Length over the course of 10 months of "once in a while" stretching.
