Some PE information someone might find useful from my expierence...

I just quickly wanted to post this information related to PE because I feel it is pretty important. Basically I have been doing lots different stretching excersizes and even some Horse440’s with 30 mins jelqing the past week. I saw some gains in both length and girth department on my unit but the ligs felt almost too weak like they were really wanting to heal, it was a really loose kind of feeling where my ligs where at when I would stretch my penis out, almost as if I could pull my penis out of my body if I dared pull hard enough…

Also for the past week or so I have been taking it easy on the alchol (only once a week), and since I don’t drink as much I have been cardio excersizing about 30 mins eveyr other day to this workout video. I also try to get some lean meat and some vegatables in every day. But I have lately really been eating lots of Oranges on my orange tree every day (1 in the morning and about 2 at night the last couple days.) The reason why I started eating the oranges and I know this has been debated but for the Vitamin C because I read in several places Vitamin C will heal wounds in and on the body and grows collegin which the suspensory ligaments we are stretching are made of alot…

So now that I got all the background information out of the way, so you guys can understand where I’m coming from, now I can explain the great thing in my opinion (time will tell) that I have recently expierenced after waking up this morning from a good nights sleep and doing a little stretching with a 5-min warmup in the shower.

The loose ligaments I was talking about earlier have tightend up, there is no soreness around there anymore, and I got that newbie feeling all over again when your ligs are all tight. There doesn’t seem to be any decrease in length at all, I will just have to wait for a good time tonight to measure my erect length. Also it is very interesting to know that my LOT according to BiB’s theory has dropped to about 7:00 to 6:30ish. My LOT last time I checked was about 8:00. Hmmmm.

Think about it though, maybe if we can really loosen the ligs without taking Vitamin C for a while and let our ligs stay in a so called injured state for a while then a day or two later start taking the Oranges (and maybe excersing? maybe 1 rest day?) again to tighten and completely heal the ligs then it may be possible to grow the ligs in a steady manner or time this way… I will wait and see before making any final judgement on this, but I can’t wait to see :) :) Any opinions?

Well, LM, the prevailing PE theory suggests that the best gains come from keeping the penis in a stretched state for as long as possible, hence the popularity of the ADS/traction wrap. Many PE vets have taken a deconditioning break after a long period of slow/no gains, and found themselves gaining again.

You may have noticed that your penis is, in fact, attached to your body. :) Your general health will affect your gains and recovery ability. Good on you, LM, for trying to eat right, and keep in shape: you will surely reap the rewards!


I know Vitamin C can help reduce the soreness you feel from a workout (I mean with weights, as in the ones at the gym). Vitamin C doesn’t just boost your immune system excellently, it seems to help your body heal (in one way or another) as well. What a vitamin :) .

However, “what may work for you may not work for others.” I think we would need to put together a Thunder’s Vitamin C PExperiment.

I would think that you would get this same “newbie stretching feeling” if you were to take say a month off of PE too. This could explain why the oranges would be doing it, because just like when you’ve taken a month off of PE, you’ve allowed your body to heal. When eating an orange it’s no secret your getting some nice Vitamin C as well, and like I said above Vitamin C seems to help your body heal [in one way or another] as well.

Hopefully this helped explain some possible reasons for you getting this “newbie stretching feeling.” I think if we could get some comments from some PE vets on this subject it would be great, especially if they have already noticed this “Vitamin C effect” too, just like you have.

There has already been some debate on the subject… I think BIB was the original instigator of cutting out vit c for gains…
