I just want to make sure I am not totally confused.

Basically you flaccid stretch starting at 12:00 and work your way down to 6:00. You kegel at each # to see if you get a tug back, correct? And record when you do not get a tug back or get the least tug back?

And then when, focus all your stretches to this time?

Correct

Again correct, the key is when you can no longer SEE the tugback, not feel.

Not necessarily, if you have a low LOT of 7 or below, you have long ligs and will need to concentrate on tunica stretching at angles ABOVE your LOT, from 8-12, left to right, etc, etc…

If you have a LOT higher than 7, you need to concentrate on downward stretching BELOW your LOT to hit and lengthen your ligs…

Wow really RB? Thanks for the informative post, appreciate it man. My LOT is pretty much 6:00, I mean completely downward I see no pull at all.

So I guess I should focus my stretches from 8-12? I actually NEVER stretch from 8-12, I always stretch downward.

Does a lower LOT mean a hard gainer?

I don’t think it means “hard gainer,” just that you need to focus your exercises differently. Also keep in mind that the LOT theory is not exactly proven yet.

RB changed his exercises after finding about his low LOT and seems to be progressing just fine.
