I figured out my lot was around 8:00, I was wondering if I should stick with my regular stretching routine that was focused more on the ligs or to change up the stretching to focus more on the tunica for more length gains. So far I have had results in regular stretching but would like to switch things up as I have been doing the same routine for the past 2 months. Do you think it would be a good idea to try switching stretching techniques for better results?

I would recommend sticking with lig work until you’ve maxed them out. 8:00 is considered to be “medium” on the LOT scale of things. You say you’ve had results so far, I say what you’re doing is apparently working so don’t change until you need to - if a plateau ever comes.

Thats what I was thinking, I just read that tunica stretches we’re good for this lot. Would starting to do tunica stretches now in combination with regular be better or should I just stick with the regular?

Some PE’ers will tell you it’s OK to do both lig and tunica work at the same time, but I’m of the camp that says work out your ligs exclusively until that dreaded plateau hits. Don’t just take my word for it though, do some searches for “ligs AND tunica” or other such terms to read some experiences and opinions of other experienced PE’ers.
