So what the new trend in PE this year?
I have been very busy/sick/lazy and haven’t visited Thunder’s Place since October last year, and can’t remember the last time I actually had a scheduled PE program. Now I am looking forward to start jelqing again, just need to buy lube! :)
Last time I was here the clamping was the newest, most promising exercise. Are there any new trends or exercises that I should be aware of? Anything revolutionary? :-p
