So, I broke my rules and I'm seeing new gains
I have always preached rest and not over-training. I have been away from PE for some time. I decided to make a run for that extra 1/4” of girth that I would like to obtain. I started back about a month ago with simply jelqing three days per week. I decided to buy a new ADS (weighted magnetic sphere) and add that into the mix for healing extended. Things were proceeding like the old days. You first notice a bit longer flaccid, then a warmer and plumper hang, etc.
After the second week, I decided to buy another vacuum pump and a traction extender. I integrated the pump into my jelq routine. 10 minutes or so jelqing, 10 or so in the pump, 5-10 jelq and finish in the pump. I do not count jelqs as I believe that to be a silly distraction. I don’t really worry with time. I judge by the workout and body response (how my dick feels).Things were improving yet again. I had good PI’s, even fuller flaccid and all was well.
On the third week or so, I integrated the traction extender and things took off. My PI’s are great thus far. I have measured 5.5” (up from my normal 5.25”) consistently pre-workout every day for the past week. My penis feels “worked” after a PE session and my erection quality is great.
I would caution anyone on this level of work to rest ratio, and I generally resist the urge to “over-train”, but it is yielding me some tremendous “newbie” type gains thus far.
So, as a recap:
1. Pre-warm soak in water that is “just tolerable”.
2. Wet jelq at 1-2 second tempo, very firm grip, overhand and normal grip for approximately 10 minutes
3. Ballooning and bends every 10-20 jelq strokes or so
4. Go into the tube 3/4 erect or so at 3-6hg for 10 minutes with tube submerged in hot bath water
5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 based on feel and then hot soak and massage
Wear the magnetic band/weighted sphere throughout the normal day (12 hours +/-) and wear the traction extender 2- 4 hours per night during sleep.
This has, thus far, shown me some excellent results. I woke up this morning with the average morning wood. By the time I got to my tape, my dick is tape shy, I measured being around 2/3 to 3/4 erect and was 5.5” again on the nose. If I can cement that gain then it will mean that PE has taken me from my initial 4.125” to 5.5”! Not a bad deal considering the medical community, for the most part, says that enlarging ones penis permanently is not possible without risky surgery!
