Small glan head :(

I have been doing newbie routine for about 4 months.
I have gained slightly for both length and girth, but I notice my glan seems smaller!

Does anyone has the same problem? :(

Anyone got remedy for it?

I remember thinking that my glans was lagging. Now I think it is just right. My suggestion to you is to not focus on it too much. Experiment with different forms of PE to see which ones you like. My routine has evolved a long way from my newbie phase and this may have been the key to my glans balancing out. To me it seems that there is nothing predictable about PE except that you can’t stop once you believe it works.

Seems like those squeezing exercises are the remedy for small “head”
So perhaps I should start squeezing my “head”!

Do you guys think clamping just below glan will help?

I find that horse440’s really put pressure on my glans. But it seems your too early on in your peing career?

My advice is too just keep on doing what your doing and not worry about it like sheLovesIt said.

My newbie routine was jelqing and manual stretching with occasional pumping. I did this for 3-4 months. I then added using the Max-Extender which really started to toughen-up my penis as it is not very comfortable. After about 6 months I began hanging. It took awhile to get the wrapping and adjustments right but with some direction from Bib I got things going. For me hanging and wearing a homemade ADS is the ticket. I am slowly gaining. I like hanging because of the control it allows. I also like how it lets me multiplex. Hanging puts a fair amount of constant pressure on your glans. Hanging is something that must be done carefully to avoid injury. I am mechanically inclined so I have rigged up a lot of “support” equipment to make the job safer and easier. Anyway, you might want to read more about hanging.

Nothing exotic.

1) For wrapping I use my home-made ADS as a “3rd hand”. I get a really nice wrap which seems to help in the area of comfort. I have tried several wrap materials. Kling (cotton gauss) fells the best to me.

2) For hanging SD, SO, OTS, you name it, I use a large wood clamp with a pulley mounted on it. I have a wooden waterbed frame (standard mattress) with no headboard. The bed is in the middle of the room so I can place the clamp at any angle to my body or I can lay on my back or either side. This allows me to watch TV.

3) When I want to work on the computer I utilize a pulley under the computer desk. I am using it right now.

4) I made-up a spreadsheet to track my routine, physiological Indicators, measurements, and general comments I have about how I feel and what is interesting to note.

That’s about it.
