Small Clamping Observation
For those guys who have started to clamp, here is a little advice. Something my dumb ass should had learned but I was cheap. If you have a five-inch girth do use a mouse pad as padding. It will help you girth a lot; at the end of my work out my penis is 5.5 inches sometimes for the whole day and until the next day (depending on how well I clamp). Also I lined the Cable clamps with mouse pad padding. My workout is 4x15mins, (yes I follow Arsito aka GrithKings workout kind of). But I don’t wait a minute between I let it rest for five minutes and put some heat on it.
