Think about it people, think about it for one minute, stop what your doing, Goomba put down that woman, titleist hands off that pump, and marienera puta downa the pasta for one second.

8 hours of PE added onto anyones routine, that’s a lot of extra PE, In fact it’s probably 3 times your usual routine, but lets not get carried away just yet, this is only the beginning.

I know a of a few stretches that could be used all night long, forget wearing an ADS or something else far too risky, apart from the odd stretcher made from some people on here including the sleeves, but I’m talking about one that won’t cost you money.

Manual, it’s got to be manual stretching through the night, if you could get a good 8 hours of stretching in by putting your body weight on your penis while it’s stretched then I’m sure you ll all agree if done safely it could be worth the work.

I know we like to go to bed to sleep, I do to, bu for the last week I’ve been messing around with some positions that are similar to a fowfer laying on your side, I lay on my side with my back to the edge of the bed, almost as if I’m going to roll off the bed backwards, I pull my penis underneath my leg and then lower the leg catching the penis between them. I then drop the leg that I lifted in the first place down further off the edge of the bed, increasing the stretch, it’s not as hard as it sounds and it really gives a good stretch I can feel the same ligs stretching that I do with hanging.

I managed to sleep for about 3 hours this way, when I woke I was sweaty but still warm and totally un numbed, now I’m not saying this is the only exercise to do while sleeping but im sure it’s a start for manual exercises, I’m sure I’m not the first person to try this.

8 hours per day, that’s 56 hours per week, averaging at 240 hours per month, and 2920 hours of PE per year give or take an hour or so.

So lets put our heads together and work on some routines.

Here’s my stretch I do, after 3 hours is gone I usually go to the toilet for a pee then return for part two. The second part usually lasts until I wake, If you feel like tossing and turning during the night then you could try the same on the other side of your body, but you won’t be able to lower the leg for extra stretch.

Here’s how you do my 8 hour stretch.

“Sleepy Trapeze”

Lay on your side with one arm under your pillow and the other on your thigh. Make sure your laying with your back against one of the edges of the bed, either one doesn’t matter. Make sure your back is lined up with the edge of the bed, you don’t want to be too far away, after the stretch is in position you are able to move further towards the middle of the bed to adjust the stretch

Lift your leg closest to the celling up in the air and reach behind it and under and grab your penis (foreskin backwards or forwards) try not to get your balls in the way make sure they are comfortable and pull as far under towards your but hole (similar to a fowfer), then lower your leg down (slowly) feel the stretch, as you lower bend your body by stretching your feet and head towards the wall behind you but keep your back straight just like someone is using you as a bow and cocking the sting back to fire an arrow, you should feel a major stretch, (just like a fowfer).

Now this is the part that really stretches, I’m guessing this is like hanging a good 3lbs because it feels like it. Lower the leg you lifted about 1 min ago down off the bed, do it slow cause it hurts if you do it too fast, you might have to lower a small piece at time because this stretch is powerful.

Your stretch is in place, now if you feel too close to the edge of the bed and worried this balancing act might drop you off the bd whilst asleep then move a few inches in towards the middle of the bed, make sure you are comfortable because if you aren’t then you won’t be able to sleep.

Make sure if you do move towards the middle of the bed that your leg is able to balance off of the edge of the bed with no interference of balance.

See how long you manage it, it might take a while, or you might only want to do a few hours, but 8 hours of this and you feel it trust me.

Will try it. When you do a fowfer should your whole penis be stretched or should the part behind the thighs be kind of limp but just feeling the stretch in your pubic area? I never fully understood these.


7-20-16: BP: 7.62 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

12-7-16: BP: 8.25 NBP 7.31 x 5.75

I just wonder whether that would tend to increase the tension of one side, that maybe prone to bending, So you finish up with a sideways bend.

It is a long time to keep it in one position.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Too complicated.

I’ve been hanging at night during sleep for years - no problem.

No definite results either.

When I go to sleep I do a light BTC/ or sometimes just between my thighs to hold it as a lay on my back just to keep it from any turtling. havent had any problems thus far =)

Any PE work that is going on while one sleeps is potentially risky. Something may go wrong, lack of blood flow, etc. Then the nightmare begins when awakening…

Not really 17ML .

Any new idea should be given a good testing like 3 months before publicatoin Then you can give some reasoned results and any problems that might have been encountered.

And how safe it was found to be.

Together if we put our heads together and try some things out I’m sure we could come up with something solid.

I mean why waste 8 hours a day, it could be used for manual stretching, a fowfer all night is risky from what I’ve read, I’m talking about stretches that could maybe be adjusted every 3-4 hours or each time we turn, because most of us turn 5-8 times per night anyway.

I’ve thought a lot about PE related activities during sleep in the past.

Lately I subscribe to the idea that the body needs rest and night is the best time to do it. Whenever I’ve had growth it’s been correlated with great night-time (or at least early morning) erections. Perhaps something that enhances the erections through less resistance, but pumping isn’t something I’d want to do all night either.


Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.

That 8 hrs is definitely not wasted time. Our dicks are healing and sleep promotes recovery and growth. Active PE beyond 1 hr daily seems excessive or possibly counterproductive and that would be the waste of time in my opinion (hangers are the exception and also ADS is non active PE)

This. Give it some time to rest, I think PE during sleep is completely unnecessary.

17ml I am with you on this I like where your trying to go with it. Next time I am going to bed I will ponder on some possibilities and try them out.
