Skin Vs Tunica soreness

I’ve been clamping for a week or two now and have recently pondered something which I don’t remember being discussed in great detail before, but which I think is a very important thing to go into.

I’ve noticed that after several days of clamping (2-3 10 min sets per day because I am just starting out) that I get sore. Almost too sore to do my sessions for the day (But then I get over it and just go ahead and do it).

But on closer inspection, I find that if I squeeze my flaccid rod, it seems that there is no discomfort, yet if I pinch the skin, that’s where it stings.

I’m just wondering what you all think - am I just giving my skin a major stretching and doing shit all to the very tissues I want to hit?! Is there some point where the skin has grown enough not to get stretched by the pressures and therefore shift the focus to the tunica etc? Does anybody have any ideas for a method of testing if they are truly hitting the internal structures, rather than just superficial stretching?

I’ll get back to you on my idea on this, since I’m doing some major testing right now with long-term ADS/Hanging for many hours a day.

I’ve never done any significant (proper) hanging. Can you feel the internal structures getting sore, or is it largely the skin or at the attachment point due to pressure of the device?

I don’t really get sore from clamping maybe a little in the area of the clamp but nothing to speak of.

Well I still have lots of reading and hanging expiermentation to do but there have been times where I can reach soreness in the shaft (when I squeeze the tunica in a flaccid state) but my perception can be skewed a bit until I get more expierence in hanging and ADS so I can tell exactly which internal structures are getting sore. My shaft skin seems to be toughening up a bit which I hope is a good sign since I started heavy ADS use for about 5 hours a day and jelqing more then I have in the past. I’ll try to explain more here if I find out anything new.

I have been doing “significant” hanging for the past week or so. I feel a bunch of soreness in my shaft,NOT the skin. I mostly hang SO, with my own twist on it. If I hang SD or BTC, I stretch the shit outta the skin. I DONT want my dick to look like a Shar-pei !!!! I think, between the hanging and the ADS I do, I will have good results if the soreness is any indication.
I guess I will find out soon.
