I hear that, and yes your penis will look bigger because your shaft is 100% free (as opposed to maybe 60, 50, or even 40% free with your scrotum attached to it).

Good! Now you should be able to do that two handed stretch I talked about in an earlier post. Just make sure you are not stretching the raphe which attaches to the scrotum, but can travel up the shaft an inch or two!

Try Vitamin E. I use big 1000 IU pills of vitamin E for that. Just poke a hole in the gel pill coating and you’re good to go. Come to think of it, Wal-Mart sells this cocoa butter with vitamin E lotion. I’d apply it after my night PE session right before bed. If you jelq at all, you might want to stretch before you jelq. That way you can get a chance to moisturize your unit using whatever it is you use to lube up for jelqing. Then after you’re all done PEing, you can apply the moisturizer.

Also, if you are jelqing, I strongly suggest you find a way to keep your balls back from making the turkey neck worse. There was a post on here not too long ago about a guy who made a ring from a bendable bracelet and used a neck strap from eyeglasses where he’d sit on it with the ring around his dick to keep the balls back while jelqing. That looks like a great idea.

Just make sure you have completely isolated the shaft skin for stretching, and not the turkey neck, or that raphe it’s attached to. Ideally, the area to stretch is should be from the circumcision scar, to maybe an inch behind it going towards your balls. Try that process I mentioned with your penis straight out, pulling the t-neck down and seeing where it ultimately ends up the shaft. Then focus on the area that is not affected by it. It will definitely take some time and effort.

I have been using vitamin E lotion. Works well. I do dry jelqs so no worries there. I try to just grip right where my neck ends and then push it back as far as possible, then jelq back up my shaft. I have done your turkey neck isolation thing. I do it like every time before I do my skin stretches.

Are you referring to wanting to only stretch the underside of your shaft and not stretch the top side of it?

It depends on how severe your problem is, however I would say that ideally you want to stretch everything (top skin, bottom, sides, etc.) so the shaft skin is elongated 360 degrees so there are no “tight spots” or “hangups” with the skin.

Why? What does that mean?

Try this. Stand up, and look at each side of the flaccid penis. You should notice that you can see a bit of the scrotum on each side as it rides up to where it attaches (and then disappears up into the base of your penis). Now take your hand and make a ‘C’ grip out of it, and grip the top/sides of your penis (still flaccid, hanging normally) up at the top where the scrotum ends. Now pull down slightly. The skin should move down, and you should see the fat pad skin now being stretched over your dick. You’ve just lowered your turkey neck even more, and to make matters worse, now your fat pad has migrated down over the top base of your shaft. It’s like the turkey neck’s accomplice. Want an example? Go to this post in the pics section: Ok you Bastards, BBL’s new pics!

Look at pics 0028,0024, & 0021. You’ll see even though it’s a rather large dick, he can benefit from that top skin stretching, to make that fat pad migrate off of his shaft and back up to his lower stomach.

So you want to stretch the top part of your shaft as well. Keep in mind you’ve got to stretch quite a bit of skin to make up for everything.

I’m going to start measuring my skin stretch progress. Maybe we can call it HTSL (Head To Scrotum Length)???

Funny thing, even though my BPEL is 8”, my HTSL is only 6”.
My BPEL when I started PE was about 5.7” so that sounds about right.

Hey wt282, how is the shaft skin stretching coming along? I have been battling my raphe since my first gains with a noose extender about a year ago. The extender stretched the raphe quite a bit, now it is raised and very noticeable. I have to pull sack skin up over my extender base just to get a good stretch. If I don’t do this my raphe seems to absorb most of the stress of the stretch. This of course has progressively worsened my turkey neck problem because my bottom shaft skin never gets a stretch. I only have a inch or less of “raphe-less shaft skin below my circ scar.


PE START (11/10/07) 6.0 NBP x ~5.1 CURRENT (3/07/08) 6.75 NBP x 5.5 - 7.25 BPEL

1/4" with Noose extender (11/06-03/07) - Zero gains with Vac-hanging/Extender and ADS (05/07-11/07) -

Wouldn’t the simplest stretch be to just use an ok grip just underneath the glans and another ok grip down around the circumcision scar and pull the two ok grips opposite each other? Or would this cause stretch marks or not be effective? It seems to me this simple stretch would help both with turkey neck problems and pubic hair line creeping up the shaft problems.

Santa, yes that should definately work to help stretch the skin and minimize turkey neck. By the way, can I have another inch or two by next Christmas! :D

Also, on this issue of turkey neck reduction, I’m thinking of buying the ‘Ball Ringer Kit’ from pumptoys.com. Promotes ‘low hanger balls’. Check the site, there are apparently 4 sizes, and it’s meant to be real comfortable.

So do you think by basically extending the scrotum this way it will reduce the turkey neck?

Bigbox, be careful! If you have a turkey neck, the last thing you want to do is stretch the scrotal skin. The only way to effectively eliminate it is to stretch the undershaft skin over time. This will cause the turkey neck skin to migrate off the shaft and back toward the scrotum.

Would this then also have the effect of causing the balls to drop, as well? Or does the inside structures also need stretching for low hangers?

I need to have a good look to see if I do have a turkey neck. When fully erect it appears not as the skin is quite tight, due to expansion. But when flaccid - when everything is loose, say on a hot day, there does appear to be a turkey neck… ? So, do I have one?

Do you know of any links to images of this (unwanted) feature?

I would say yes since so many guys that pump report having more skin than before. I don’t know how efficient it is compared to stretching though.
