Six months in a row clamping experience

So I have been clamping only during the last 6 months and thought I share the observations I made.

For 90% of the time, I have made 10 minutes session with 10 minutes or more breaks in between, warmed up with a rice sock, always with two clamps (on at the root, one just below the glans).

This is the total amount of hours per month I made:
January: 13,67
February: 12,33
Mars: 11,33
April: 14,00
May: 13,00
June: 10,50

12 hours per month makes 72 sessions. In average, I managed to clamp 4 days a week which in a month is about 17 days. So the days I clamp I usually do four 10 minutes session. Sometimes more, sometimes less of course though I never do less than two.

I manage to grow MSEG 0.4” on this period which I consider a pretty good result…even though it took well more than 400 sessions to get there!

Some observations I made:
- Always warm-up with a rice sock or similar. I can notice the difference in how much the unit grows during a clamp session where I did proper warm-up and also, the discoloration is not that terrible if I warm-up first.
- Clamp off really hard at the base of the penis. To picture what I mean, it should sit so tight that it is not possible to move the clamp at all over the shaft. Second clamp can be fitted to be hard enough to encourage the penis more but without too much pains (there will be some).
- Never do more than 10 minutes session. I tried for some weeks to first go with 15 minutes and even 20. This is dangerous and I felt how my unit stayed numb for hours after a 20 minutes sessions. Also, the reaction of my penis was negative and I the EQ felt rapidly during the weeks I tried. Also, me growth was negative.
- Try to do at least three sessions in a row with 10 minutes break in between. The first one is more or less just to condition the penis for the second and it is on the third I really notice the difference where the penis swells a lot more.
- Do rest days. If I clamp too many days in a row, my EQ will drop and so will the ability do get full erection clamp sessions.
- Apply the first clamp at 70% erection with almost full clamp off power, then go 100% erect and do the last click on the clamp to make sure you are entirely clamped off. Then apply the second clamp and here is where you must be more careful as a too hard clamping here may cause damages.

My goal is to grow maybe 0,2-0,3” more this year and my plan is to continue to clamp, using the same method, throughout the year.

Congratulations on your gains. :) Girth gains are hard to come by so it’s nice to hear someone managed to gain 0.4” in 6 months. I hope those gains are permanent.

I also really like the way you track everything you do, I’m sure it’s great when you can look back and see what exactly made you make progress and what didn’t work. :up:

That was a good post. It seems like you did very well in documenting your progress. As someone who generally sticks exclusively to clamping for girth work, I am always wanting to hear of others methods that have brought people success.

My only issue is the fact you mention pain. I am a firm believer that pain should never be involved with PE. Anytime pain is implemented, it can lead to the possibility of causing more harm than good.

Aside from that, congrats on the success and growth.

I hope that i can venture into clamping soon, but I just cant find a place selling a cable clamp where I live

About pain. Well, this is a matter on how we define pain. It is a bit painful applying the clamp but once its there, the pain goes away. But the thing is that I don’t think this works unless to build up as much pressure as possible every time you clamp. And your unit should stay super erect throughout the entire clamping session. That is at least what I believe in and what works for me.

I would agree with this fully, I read a few people saying to let the erection die down but I find my expansion by the third or forth set to be much larger if I keep a 100% erection the entire time. And as for your gains, they are right in line with what I got when I started almost 2 years ago.

BTW, do you kegel while clamped?

Trust me when I say that it is possible. I have gained 0,9” MSEG in total since the start four years ago. Most of this gain is the result of clamping but in the beginning, I also gained girth from jelqing. All it takes is a) right technique for the exercise b) dedication c) patience.

I’ll say it is wise to go for length gains first. I didn’t have the patience but tried a lot of things until I got more structured and reached my length goal last year. Since then, I have dropped about 0,2” BPEL but that is still ok.

Steelfire how did you notice the gains over the 6 months ? did you get a small amount each month or a larger gain every few months ?

If his gains were like mine it was slow and unnoticeable unless you measured it. Even now after two years of clamping I still get thicker every month but it isn’t something you can tell is happening visually(apart from the veins) it’s so minute.

A good question. Visually, I could not really see it but my wife claims she can see the difference.

This is how it happened:
Januari: Gained 6 mm (0,2”). This is when I started so really a kick start
Februari: Gained 2 mm (<0,1”)
March: Gained 1 mm
April: Lost 1 mm
May: Nothing
June: Gained 2 mm

You can always argue whether I measure this correctly etc but I try to be very precise and do the same thing; Not clamping that day before measure always on the same place, encourage the unit and measure when I am 100% erect.

During April, I experimented using longer sessions as 15 and 20 minutes. I think this is the cause for me loosing 1 mm and not gaining. I never do that again.

Also something I have discovered, anything over that 10 minute mark and things start going backwards, the difference between a 7 or 10 minutes clamp is also quite small but I measure slightly better gains at 10 so I do it.
