At the moment I’m almost through my second month of consecutive clamping. Each month I plan on increasing sets by 1 minute. Started with 4x7 min, this month done 4x8min. Next month 4x9min. I’m starting to feel benefits and thicker when clamping so hopefully some good will be done. But since the gains we get with girth are so up and down it’s hard to measure what months we gain and don’t. I’m really hopping for a at least a 0.25 increase after 6 months, hopefully that 0.4 would be even nicer.

For me it was always a combination edging and kegels. I basically get to do three exercises at once lol.

I just picked up some cable cuffs last night. I’ve been manually clamping with my hand for years just for fun (not knowing of any benefits it produced) so using the clamp last night was a lot of fun. I could definitely get addicted to this. I’m going to have to make a conscious effort not to over do it.

I think I’m going to start just by clamping after my pump sessions for 10min just to keep the expansion longer and ease my penis into the higher pressures.

Right now I haven’t gained anything from good girth work in the last 3 months, plus a further 2 and a half months previous to that of light girth work. I think I’m going to have to do massive sessions and get an all day cock ring or won’t gain.

Penis extender

This is dangerous and I felt how my unit stayed numb for hours after a 20 minutes sessions. Also, the reaction of my penis was negative and I the EQ felt rapidly during the weeks I tried. Also, me growth was negative.

This is just a guess though.

Everytime I Visit Thunders, I Do 50 Kegels or More

I always clamped behind the balls and found that edging and kegeling kept the pressure up enough to feel as if things were of lasting effect.

I never did the clamping consistently though and it killed my EQ if I persisted.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Please do a forum search on clamping behind balls before you do it
