I think once you reach the point of fluid build up its indicative of trauma and you’re probably doing more harm than good.
I’d like to hear Steelfire’s thoughts on this.

At the moment I’m almost through my second month of consecutive clamping. Each month I plan on increasing sets by 1 minute. Started with 4x7 min, this month done 4x8min. Next month 4x9min. I’m starting to feel benefits and thicker when clamping so hopefully some good will be done. But since the gains we get with girth are so up and down it’s hard to measure what months we gain and don’t. I’m really hopping for a at least a 0.25 increase after 6 months, hopefully that 0.4 would be even nicer.
