I can’t remember where I read the suggestion of pulling your flacid dick between your legs and under you bottom and sitting on it to provide stretching - but I have been doing this for only a week or two on and off (only about 5 times) and I can already see a difference in my flacid length.

I have done Fowfers since the beginning of my program sometime for up to 4 hours. I made a slight variation on the exercise called the “Lazy Ass Stretch” which concentrated on the extreme sides of the ligs. Hopefully the thread is still around, it has an illustration. But basically instead of sitting on it betweemn the cheeks what I do is pull it to the extreme left as hard as I can and sit on it with my left cheek, hold this position for 15-20 minutes masage back circulation and do the same to the right. As long as I return circulation every 15-20 min. I can do these for hours. I will try to find the thread.

Well, I am happy that other have done this and it seems to work for them.

I have been pulling my dick straight down between my balls. It gets a little uncomfortable for my balls - so I’ll try the to the side method.

Pulling to the side of your balls will also give you many more options to stretch angles. What I like to do is with one hand in the front I grab my balls and pull them foward the other hand grabs my penis ny the glans and I stretch it back as far as I can then I sit on it…this method gives me a ton of different angles.

Try pushing your balls up into the stomach cavity.above the penis.It takes a bit of practice but is very handy ,like when hanging ,also when vac pumping the don’t get sucked into the chamber as it is hard against the pub.bone ,and they are above that..They can be tucked up there so you don’t sit on them .When I lived in a colder climate my scrotum shrunk with the cold and they were always nicely tucked up in there

I am a fairly handy guy and I have tinkered with making a few different hangers but my average day consists of sittin behind a computer in my own little cubicle for 8 or so hours a day which doesn’t afford me the luxury of much PE action. Then I go straight from work home to the wife and kid. Again not a lot of time for PE exceptfor some light stretching and jelking in the shower. But now I have discovered the fowfer. I will try this out for, hell, who knows how long, I got nothing better to do at work than to sit on my dick so… I guess I will keep you updated on any progress as this may be my most consist form of stretching.

Be assured, not everybody will be able to put their balls back to where they came from in childhood! Instead it is an abnormal condition, that your caverns (was this the word you used?) are still open to hold the balls. Also, it’s not a good idea to put the balls there. Sperm is dying in the warmth of the body. That’s why they’re hanging outside.

I am in your exact situation. I am trying to figure out how to pull my penis back while wearing work pants - its easy to do without clothes on or when wearing sweats.

I dont know about the pushing your balls up into your stomach cavity. I am not saying that I can’t do it because I can quite easily and sometimes, like you said, they just go up there when it is really cold or something, but it is never a real comfortable situation. I don’t think that it would feel very accomodating to have them pushed up into my stomach cavity with my dick stretched around to my ass. I am thinking that would become quite painful relatively fast.
