With your PE routine, do you stretch first then Jelq, or vice versa?
Only reason I ask is I stretch first, but I am planning on doing the opposite, because the only thing that makes my routine a “routine” is fucking around with lube and such with the jelqing.
Has anyone changed before and found adverse affects? I wouldn’t think so.
