Simple Question

With your PE routine, do you stretch first then Jelq, or vice versa?

Only reason I ask is I stretch first, but I am planning on doing the opposite, because the only thing that makes my routine a “routine” is fucking around with lube and such with the jelqing.

Has anyone changed before and found adverse affects? I wouldn’t think so.

A survey is included to make things easier, please feel free to discuss whatever about this, even if the question is irrelevant. I didn’t even know what to search for! Thank you!

 I kind of do both: 5 min stretch, 10 min jelq, and another 10 min stretch then finish off with another 10 min jelq.

When I jelq I do it after stretching

Whether jelqing or pumping, I always stretch first. Why? Because the stretch grip squeezes blood out of your cock and jelqing and pumping forces it in. If you stretch after pumping all that blood in, it seems counter productive.

So for me, stretch it out, then fill it up.

To add to that, and adding to my post above, I always found it hard to stretch after jelqing (or pumping) as my cock would be more sensitive.

Sounds convincing… I changed my routine to stretch before jelqing.

  

I don’t stretch at all. I stopped doing length work about 3 months ago.

Then, BPEL:7.500"x5.500"

Now, BPEL:8.375"X6.750"

Yeah it is convincing!

The reason I swapped them around is because after I stretch, I have to mess around too much with position and lube. It makes the workout tedious because stretching for me is easy (my stretching routine is mainly based around BTT and BTC now)

However I have only done this twice now. Jelqing after stretching isn’t tender for me, but it is a little harder to stretch with a pre-Jelqed cock (it’s a little thicker obviously). The Jelqing after stretching to promote blood flow makes perfect sense also.

Would there be any problems with this?:

Stretch: 20-25 mins
Jelq: 20 mins
Stretch: Basically for as long as I can be bothered (BTT and BTC)

and of course, warm up’s etc.
