Silicone Sleeves - Make your own

I’ve used soybean oil and olive oil without any problems. I would recommend against using oils with silicone in them, however. Many sexual lubricants contain silicone. If it gets in contact with a silicone toy, the toy softens or melts. But using an oil without silicone would be fine, I believe.

That’s a good question.

My mold has two pieces. The inner part is a PVC pipe. The outer part is a larger diameter PVC pipe, cut in half lengthwise. When you fill the mold, you pour the silicone compound in between the inner part and the outer part, making sure that it is sealed at the bottom so the compound doesn’t leak out.

Once the compound has cured, you can pry off the outer mold. Then the silicone sleeve can be rolled off the inner mold like a condom.

As for the rope, I don’t make a cap on the end of my sleeves, so I don’t use the rope. The sleeves I make are just a tube of silicone, open at both ends.

Ya that makes sense, the one thing is i am using it in a different way i have a jar lifter and i use it for jelging what i plan on doing is taking the two plastic rollers off and submerging them in the liquid which will be in the pvc so it will be a solid piece once cured basically i want the two plastic rollers to have silicone around them so they are A) bigger and B) not so hard based on that do you think i would beable to push it out or do you think i would have a hard time?

So thats a jar lifter in picture , basically i use it for jelqing for added force aswell as my hands are kind of fucked, basically i want to take the two top plastic rollers off place them in the center of a 1 inch pvc then pour silicone in it so the rollers have silicone around them making them soft.

At the start of this thread, TPS recommended a particular silicone compound (Smooth-On Ecoflex 030). It doesn’t cure by exposure to air; it cures by a chemical reaction between Part A and Part B of the compound. It takes a minimum of 4 hours to cure, is pretty strong and very flexible.

It sounds to me that you want to put a silicone coating on the jar lifter rollers. But I think that dipping them in the silicone compound that TPS recommended wouldn’t work because almost all of the compound would run off the rollers before they dry. To solve this, you could either (a) get a compound that dries faster, or (b) make a silicone pad for the rollers that you can attach to them.

If you want to look at (a), go to the smooth-on.com website, and look at the choices they have for platinum cured silicone compounds. A trial kit is all you need, but the price including shipping is going to be close to $50. If you want to consider (b), I’d suggest that you make a pvc mold that has a little smaller inside diameter than the outside diameter of the rollers on your jar lifter. Then you can make the silicone sleeves as TPS suggests, and roll them onto the rollers before you reassemble the jar lifter.

Personally, though, I think that your hands would work better than the jar lifter, even with a soft silicone pad on the rollers. Your hands are softer, and can exert more pressure all around your penis, trapping more blood and giving better results.

But the only way we advance the art of PE is by trying new ideas and see if they work better. You have a new idea, and with the investment of some time and money, you can see if it is better or not. Even if this design isn’t better than manual stretching, you may learn enough from this experience that it gives you a new idea to try.

Yeah you need a faster curing one for the Jar lifter. I think there are ecoflex with shorter curing times. Check their website.

Sounds good thanks for the answers ya i think i will try option b or i may just take the roller off and place it in a pvc pipe that is a bit bigger diameter than the roller cal the bottom of pvc the pour the silicon around it

I did my own BEFORE reading this thread. Here are my problems:

The sleeve slides off. It doesn’t hold.
So I lowered the inner diameter. Made it tighter.
Now, as it became thicker, it’s near impossible to roll it.
Also, when I CAN attach it, it seems to grab and pull the skin of the base, but not the meat. And it comes off anyway.

I supposed that the glans should hold the sleeve, but the thing seems yet finer than the shaft.. That normal ?

The opening thread is confusing to me, specially because of the non metric units and the many different pipes, so I ask:
The ideal inner diameter;
The ideal outer diameter;
The ideal length.
(All that assuming the sleeve is a perfect hollow cylinder)

I’m new on the business and open to any other general instructions on this. I could find NOTHING instruction-wise online

Last, before I forget: should it be attached while flaccid, rigid, or in between ?
When I unroll it, the sleeve simply pushes the head away like a child refusing food instead of wrapping around like a condom.

OK.. The last last question: does it increase only length or also diameter ?
