Signs of life?
Ok….i’ve stepped up my routine to add a lot more stretching. I do modified DLD blasters using a bar across to high stools, regular stretching every day and 30 reps of JAI stretching. Also, I do 15 minute PJ and 10 minutes regular jelqs. I also now do it 5 days on, 1 day off, 5 days on….etc.
Anyways, I am feeling a new found soreness. Its not unbearable, but it is more noticeable than I have ever felt before. Could this be a sign of growth on the horizon? Or my body telling me to slow it down?
