Has anyone got good gains whilst always doing a 1 on 1 off routine?

There are many thread around asking similar questions.

The answer is yes, but that doesnt mean it will work for you. You have to find the routine that works best for you, no one else.

Some people HAVE to do 6 on/1 off to gain, others don’t. I personally gained doing effectively 1 on/3 off, its all down to the individual.

Current PE status - Contemplating Retirement. STARTED - 6.75"x5.25" CURRENTLY 7.5"x5.5" - BPFSL - 7.25"
