PE has given me an inch in length and an unknown amount in girth…I would venture to say somewhere between .5-1in. That was about a year ago that I got to that stage. I started off at 5” erect and now am obviously @ 6”. As you can see by my name, I was truly disappointed by these events. I have been PEing for nearly 3 years now, coming up in 2 monthes, and I have seemed to stop growing entirely. I have taken a few weeks off and restarting and that has not done anything. I have tried every possible PE equipment out there including pumps, bib hanger, power jelq and have tried numerous manual techniques from manual stretching, DLD stretches, jelqing, squeezes, etc. I lowered my goal to 6.5” x 6.5” to make myself feel a little better…making a more reasonable goal for myself. It really just f*cken pisses me the f*ck off that I see these guys gaining 3 inches in a matter of monthes and im forsaken with goddamn stubborn penis. As you can tell im not only disappointed but extremely frustrated…maybe ill just rip the thing out and be done with it. Of course that will never happen, dont worry, but sometimes I will just stare at it after such a good session and wonder how it can feel so pumped after a session and not even budge.

I have tried doing super long sessions, moderate sessions and what some would consider “beginner” sessions to see if I wasn’t over or undertraining. Right now I am doing jelq only with a jelq squeeze (hold the base with a regular jelq grip and use other hand to do a jelq while keeping other hand gripping) every 10 reps. Doing it 3 days/week. Started with 200 jelqs and increasing 25 reps per session….so a 50 increase a week. 250 after week 1 and start at 250 on week 2, 300 by the end of that and start off @ 300 week 3. Gonna go up to 500 and then take a break, probably 2 weeks. Gonna try two routines of this and if I don’t see any improvement, im done with it all.

To all you newbies coming in here with your high hopes of getting to 8” and thick as these porn stars…don’t get your hopes up too high or you might end up like me and completely crushed when you dont come anywhere CLOSE to where you had hoped…because I was one and it f*cken blows (that’s the understatement of the f*cken year). Well, thanks everyone for advice along the way even tho it really didn’t help me personally all too well. Maybe I just need a longer break from PE or something…but just typing and thinking about it makes me want to put my fist thru a wall…or this goddamn computer screen. Im gonna go head off to the gym to toss around some weights to get some of this aggression out….hopefully i’ll drop a plate on my member…maybe THAT will get it to grow.

Sorry. I can definitely understand you frustration. When I was trying to gain my third inch my first year… OK, trying to lighten the mood there. I am also a hard gainer. Maybe an extended break might be good. Good luck.

Believe me wanna, I know exactly how you feel… I’m certain that despite the fact that we have not gained what was expected there exists the right combination of exercises that will generate acceptable gains… I’ve gained roughly nothing for size and look how long I’ve been at this whole thing..



I think 1/3 of an inch every year is pretty good for growing rate.

I’ve gotten 1/4 inch in length and about 1/2 inch girth this, my first year. Although I’ve concentrated mainly on girth and am very happy with my current gains, I’ll keep remembering that plateaus do come and go. Hope the best for you.

Wanna, I too started at 5; now at 5.5. An inch is nothing to sneeze at. If somebody told me 2 years ago that I could gain an inch, I would have laughed them out of the room. While I understand your frustration, that inch is a very good upside. I wish you well in whatever you decided to do.

Hey bro I hear you I haven’t had a gain since last October it does get harder to get gains as time goes on. I’m hoping to grind out another half inch than I’m done

I’m certainly not trying to give you vets advice, many of you have been around the pe block many more times than I have. It’s just lately extended heat warmup, 30 minutes before even starting the exercising, has begun to seem very important to me and this is what I’m pursuing. This seems critical for getting past hard gains, correct or wrong? Have vet hard gainers already tried this?

I’m of the mind that gaining anything over 1cm is icing on the cake. You have a dick that is 1” bigger than it was meant to be. That is worth more than beating up your computer screen.

In fact, it’s fucking amazing when you stop to think about it.

I havent even gained an inch, or even half an inch.

I think you should still feel lucky what PE has given to you.

I share your frustration. I haven’t been at it as long as you but I’m very good at keeping my routine in. I’ve been at it since Jan this year (specific routine since March). I haven’t gained a millimeter. I have high hopes that I can also squeeze out at least a third of an inch (girth or length) before the end of the year. Way frustrating…..Total bummer….hang in there…

One never can tell where they will end up in this game. Your post indicates a lot of variation in your method and not much consistency with your technique. In my early days I remember the advise given to me by a sage PE pioneer, “there is only one truly effective way of gaining length and that is by hanging weights.” Although there is always more than one way to skin the cat, it is my experience that these words are true. I never understood why people spend so much time with manual stretching and all day stretching devices and jelqing for hundreds of reps.

There is certainly a difference between the smooth muscle of the penis and the skeletal muscles of the body, however, there is a correlation in how they will condition. If you can increase your biceps by doing 3sets of 15reps 4x a week with a pair of dumbbells then you ought to be able to apply the same principle with the proper technique to enlarge the penis. It should not be necessary to jelq a thousand times dry and then wet while attaching your ADS for the remainder of the week in-order to achieve growth, you would not do 500 curls every day for your biceps (its not necessary and its not appropriate for efficient growth results). Its a proven physiological fact that you can increase muscle mass with proper exercise; just as it is a fact you can increase the size/volume of your penis with the right exercises. So, the challenge is to find the right exercises.

There are only two primary exercises to enlarge your penis: 1) Jelq, 2) Hanging. You jelq for girth and hang for length. This site is interesting but it is filled with more information then the library of congress, one page would suffice just like exercising your bicep, “just do curls in the appropriate duration and stop when your shirts don’t fit.” I swear the volume of my penis has increased almost 10x from when I started 30 months ago, if you are not feeling the physiological changes to stimulate growth you will not be gaining. Skeletal muscle reacts when worked by tightening and fatiguing or “feeling a good pump.” The smooth muscle of the penis reacts differently and you have to get in tune with it. Jelqing results in vascular damage and the resulting prickly sensation of capillaries bursting, they will repair bigger and stronger. In the beginning process this is easy to achieve, it becomes a challenge later on because of the resistance built-up. You have to develop your exercises to ramp up the pressure with out blowing off your head. Once you have been doing this for awhile you will find your penis can handle a lot of pressure and you must adjust your technique or you cannot go forward and you will plateau.

Creating length is a bigger challenge because you cannot always be sure your gaining, it usually takes you by surprise in that you can go for months without seeing appreciable gains and then look down one day and exclaim, “wow.” Realizing the suspensory system i.e. tendons and ligature, you will have to hang weights in different geometries to effect permanent length gains. It is analogous to the abdominal muscles in-order to work them properly you will have to work the obliques, upper and lower muscles to effect the whole area. The sensations that signal a good length workout are more difficult to describe but you will want to stretch the lateral tendons and primary ligature to fatigue. What you don’t want to experience is serious retraction of the ligature which is usually a result of excessive weight. A good hang will result in tearing of the suspensory structures and the resulting healing, longer and stronger.

The reason you plateau is because your technique is ineffectual and your efforts are not promoting cellular breakdown; without this happening you cannot grow. Breaks are good for those times that nothing is happening but more times than not you can get back on track by developing a better routine. Elongating the penis is a time consuming task for most of us and it has taken me almost 3 years to gain 2 inches, I would have quit long ago but I enjoy hanging and the stimulus it provides. If you do not enjoy this sport it is difficult to stick with it.
