I would rather drop the ADS than manual stretches.

If you want to, sure.

The reason I’m asking is when I stretch nowadays after just a few reps I feel very sore not just at the ligs but also at the shaft, I think it’s the skin more than anything. Therefore I feel I haven’t been stretching properly. So I thought that if an ADS is effective in length gains than I wouldn’t mind dropping manual stretches.
