Hey Guys!
I hear lots of guys on here saying that length gains should be saught after prior to girth gains. I also hear about lots of guys saying that they do hanging sessions for like 20 minutes at a time. Now, im just wondering, since im looking to gain an inch at least of length before i start to really focus on girth size, if just stretching for more reps (doing like 10-12, 1 minute stretches as it is) or if possibly 2 different times during the day would be smarter?

Ive been PE’ing on and off for a couple years but it was my New Years resolution to stick with PE this time and achieve the goals i want. I currently am using a 2 on 1 off approach to my rutines and have been including jelqs for the past month. I havent been gaining length as much as i wish i could be. But have been gaining girth. I took 5 days off over the last weekend and when it came time to stretch today it was difficult almost because i noticed i was thicker and couldnt get a proper grip (and hence, developed a growing erection).

Any input would be appreciated guys! Thanks!!

Have you ever used the starting 5/2 routine instead of your 2/1 schedule? Jelqing can get you both length and girth. I don’t think gaining girth in the very beginning will completely hamstring your ability to chase length. Just use a smaller percentile (%) of erection to go for more length.

What size are you starting at for both length and girth?

The reason i havent totally been into the 5/2 routine is because i figure i would give myself plenty of time to heal! Work is also a bitch, workin part-time at a liquor store after college classes are over is kind of a pain cause my schedual is all over the place.

I know jelqing can get me both…but ive noticed in the past that i gain girth relatively easy compared to length. And since i wanted to test out this “thiner cable stretches easier than a thicker one” theory, ive tried to keep my jelqing erection% pretty low. But still, to no avail. After a 5 day break where i healed up totally, noticed that i had gained some girth.

Hey, i also heard that if i jelq with too low of an erection level, that its easier to develop a baseball bat like effect. Is that true? If not, then ill try for even lower levels of jeqling because i agree with you it CAN and probably WOULD help me to gain length.

EG: 5.25”
FSBPL: 8.25” —> this is what im measuring my stretching gains on pretty much (as well as erect but yah).

Goals:

EL: 8-8.5”
EG: 6.25”

Seems like your following a cautious angle on the healing time. That’s cool. I respect that. You ever thing of giving a week of switching up a notch or two just to see if your capable of more time?

If your pressed for time, I fully understand that. Perhaps hanging on a low budget might be viable to you. With a Captn’s Wench or one of the other homebrews to help you chase down that length on a more passive way while you study perhaps?

I don’t know the answer on the baseball effect, but I am sure someone will chime in with an answer. Are you afraid of getting too fat at the tip or the base?

You can increase you base size with hanging and that will get rid of the baseball bat effect. I use a bib but if your short on cash you can make one or one of cap’s hangers for next to nothing. Also if you would please use your capitals before the spelling police get you. Your already a good size hanging will get you to your length goal the fastest

If you are primarily looking for lenght i would highly recommend hanging to you, there are some selfmade hangers out there…..
Although I like my Bib very much :)

Like Bib suggested me, just throw in some light jelqing in between the hanging sessions to restore bloodflow, relax the tissues and maybe provide a bit of girth gains.


My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

So you guys are all pretty much saying that I (Dino hehe spelling) should try hanging instead of just manual stretches? I’ve always wanted to try that…just never really been that good at making my own stuff haha.

When I can get totally flacid, I find that it is easier for me to get a really deep intense stretch.

But now you’ve all got me thinking about hanging. And Twat, it’s not that time is super busy for me. It just takes me awhile for each PE session because stretching alone takes me like an hour…BUT hanging would be easy to apply to my rutine.

Yeah, that sounds good. I just wanted to explore some options with you. Some people get upset if you mention hanging to them. They think we are trying to make them buy a product that costs money. Bib’s products are worth the price easily, but there is may alternate low cost hangers devised by many of our members that may be right for you.

I know hanging is a bitch in the beginning to learn, especially the first few weeks with the toe in and toe out, not to mention mastering the wrap. But once you figure it out, you can read and do homework for school and keep a watchful eye on your dick at the same time. The benefits sure exceed the initial costs after the first few weeks.

Some people believe hanging wrecks their dick and won’t listen to what a hanger has to say to them. This is even true when the hanger showed proof of hammering a 20 speed mountain bike through a sheet of marine plywood with their enhanced hanger made dicks.

Take a look at the wench thread, a retarded monkey could make one. hanging is great because you can multi task like I’m doing now. Bib also has the plans up to make an old style bib hanger but that is a lot harder to make. You could also ask the cap to make you one. Do some reading at the hangers forum.
