should i try this routine??

Hi everyone!!

Today I celebrate 18 month of PEing.
I have made great gains so far:

Length: zero
Girth: zero

Here is what I’ve done the last months.
I tried the following plans each for about 10 weeks with one week rest in between:

- 5 days a week with 250 jelqs and 15 minutes of stretching… no results at all
- 4 days a week with 150 erect jelqs a day… great pump during workout but no gains at all
- 5 days a week with 60 minutes of really hard stretching and 300 jelqs… The stretching feels good but also no measurable gains.

Now I think I have to do something really different to achieve any gains.

I exercise with weights and after many years of training (and gaining about 80 pounds of muscles), I concluded that what works best for me is when I do only a few -but intense- exercises per session and never train on two successive days to allow my body to rest and grow and never training a specific muscle more than 2 times per week. The idea is not to over train.

I’m thinking of applying this to PE, only doing the exercises 2-3 times per week and each time no more than 400-500 hard jelqs.
Recently I read an old thread from “newbie” which suggests exercising one day off/one day on routine with only jelqing for 20 minutes and that he has made great gains with it. This sounds similar to my plans.

Another thing…..
I also consider ordering a penimaster as I read a lot about it here and it sounds promising. But it is very expensive for me plus I live in Egypt and the customs here are very high on every thing and often the packets get lost. But I would still order it for my penises sake if this is the only way to get some gains.

My questions to you guys:
Do you think that what applies to muscles in bodybuilding also applies to the penis in PE??
Should I try the above routine or order the penimaster directly because this plan won’t get me gains anyway??

Yes, you have to give your penis time to heal. I personally like 2 days on, 1 day off. I don’t feel like 1 day on works out my dick enough to rebuild bigger.

I thought about ordering a penimaster, but couldn’t afford it. Instead, I use lil1’s ADS or traction wrapping. Also, are you hanging any weights? It might be that your ligs are too strong to be affected by stretching alone. My routine is to hang a few 20 minute sets for two days, then keep my dick in an extended state with an ADS on my off day. I also stretch and jelq whenever it’s convenient. I would recommend incorporating hanging into your routine.

I think you should add more intense exercises to your routine like (inverse) v-stretches, hanging, horse440’s and uli’s.

I already experienced the “blood from penis injury” a couple of times and I’m really afraid to do such intense exercises.

I would like to do so but I’m really afraid of that. I saw some pictures of people who were hanging and it really looked painful and dangerous which is not the case with the penimaster.
It seems that I’ll take the step and order it anyway. But just before I do this should i try the routine in the first post or is it not going to get me any gains?? Has someone done anything similar and got results from it??

I don’t want to do any other form of manual exercise except this as a last try because I think they really don’t work for me.

Others have seen results from similar routines, but that does not guarantee you will. I recommended hanging since you’ve already tried manual stretching with no results. Hanging with weights can be very comfortable and safe if you research how it’s done right.

Also, I wasn’t recommending hanging as an alternative to the Penimaster. I was saying you could try another, less expensive type of ADS. Such as lil1s ADS or traction wrapping. Do a separate search for the terms and it should bring up some threads with good info about each.
