Should I train today?
I have PE’d for the last four days. They are very light sessions as I seem to tip into overtraining rather easily.
I definitely ‘feel it’ in my base, but my erections are only off their absolute best by 1/16”. When I am overtraining, it is a chore to get a decent erection.
However, as of this minute, I almost can not avoid getting partials. I was IM’ing with a someone I met online, and the slightest thing would produce a partial. Not a complete surprise, as I seem to be almost cursed with a very high sex drive..
Anyway, considering what usually happens when I overtrain vs my current situation, would others train today?
