I have PE’d for the last four days. They are very light sessions as I seem to tip into overtraining rather easily.

I definitely ‘feel it’ in my base, but my erections are only off their absolute best by 1/16”. When I am overtraining, it is a chore to get a decent erection.

However, as of this minute, I almost can not avoid getting partials. I was IM’ing with a someone I met online, and the slightest thing would produce a partial. Not a complete surprise, as I seem to be almost cursed with a very high sex drive..

Anyway, considering what usually happens when I overtrain vs my current situation, would others train today?

If you have been doing PE for a spell, say three to four months why not train with a higher erection between 80-100%. You just lighten the base grip. It is very soothing and some guys have claimed to get growth from it. I have actually gotten growth from jelqing with a high erection. About a 1/4 inch. This may be something to think about. When I balloon I jelq with a high erection, I also do uli’s as well. They will make your erection bigger at a higher erection. Of course I would not recommend this for newbies with unconditioned penis’s.And if you grip to hard you can injure yourself.

I alternate 50 jelqs,50 uli’s, and then ballooning for twenty minutes then repeat again. It helps in the edging process a good way to take your mind off of cumming to soon.

I think if you want to grow, you have to train a lot, and for a lot of guys that means past the point of being harmful to your erection (temporarily). So it is a trade off.

I think that when you see the negative sign of a poor erection, that means you have overtrained in terms of erection quality, but that does not necessarily mean you have overtrained in terms of potential for gains.

That is why so many guys use ED drugs while PE’ing.

I got my first girth gain from using Mems routine which kind of pushes the envelope a bit. The other 10Th was do to the method I’m currently using which is stated above. I did not advertise the high erection jelqing much because it is not really accepted. But I’ve read that some guys that had no gains from a 50-70% erection got them with a higher erection.

I was thinking that I could train today, as well, considering that people other than PE’ers would not even notice down to the 1/16 of an inch. So, I guess I should go as long as I am getting erections that would not be frustrating or embarrassing for me or my partners?

Just a question, how much would you guys allow your erections to be off their normal max before considering a break? Or do you guys use different factors?

And, kingpole, I edge when I masturbate. Is edging interchangeable with ballooning?

I agree that, in principle, edging or masturbating for prolonged periods should assist alongside PE, as, in theory at least, it should train the penis to hold more blood at it’s max erection (and levels in between, I assume). I have seen guys post that they would prolong masturbation in their teens who believed that it contributed to their sizes.

I have also seen guys post that they thought that masturbation limited their sizes. So I have no idea?

To continue the tangent, I suppose a guy’s opinion on that would depend on his adult size - if above average, he might think edging contributed. If not, then he would assume edging limited his adult size.. :shrug:

I just thought about something:

- training 2 on, 1 off is 5 on, 2 off in a week.

- training 3 on, 1 off is 6 on, 1 off in a week.

- training 4 on, 1 off is 6 on, 1 off in a week, but with more on days per month.

Just something to put things in a slightly different perspective.
