Short routine gains?

For the moment, I have started with a little bit PE, not to hard, doing this exercises without get pain or anything near that. Instead, I try to find a good feeling down there while doing this.

Anyway, here’s my routine for the moment:

1 min warm-up

5*15 sec stretch forward

5*15 sec downwards

10 left hand dry jelqs

10 right hand dry jelqs

I try to do kegels also when I remember.

So some questions now:

1. Is it possible to gain anything from this, I don’t mean in short time but do you think I can get 1-2 cm in length in one year?

2. Can some of these exercises make my turkey neck worse than it is now? And can I do anything to stop the risk, like holding the skin back or something.

Hi… welcome.

The routine you described is fine, but why are you making it so short? Do you have time problems? You should gain on that routine, but the more time you put in - the more you get out of it.

If you want to continue though, you will see some gains - but I definitely think you need a much longer warm up… you won’t warm things up enough to prevent injury in just 1 minute!! 5 minute warm up minimum, try sitting in a hot bath before PE.

I think you can get gains from it.

Okey, yes, time is a big problem so I think that it’s good to just do a little routine every night. And I don’t have to get tired of it. But I can maybe increase the routine if I feel that it’s necessary.

My current routine is not very different from the one you posted, I do 30 dry jelqs (planning to up that to 50), but I do more stretching (3 x 30 seconds in all 5 directions making it a total of 15 x 30 seconds). Also, I do longer warm up and warm down (10 minutes each just to be sure). Sometimes I warm up between stretching and jelqing (5 minutes). So basically it’s similar, but takes more time.

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

If your stats are accurate you already gained from 6.1 to 6.9. That is a pretty good gain. If you gained this with a longer routine, I don’t think this shorter one will give you much gain, maybe just maintenance of your 6.9. I think it will give you a bit of gain if you are new though.

Yes, a bit over 0.4” in first 30 days. I’ve been doing strictly 2 days on, 1 day off.

If you can gain from a very little routine then that is brilliant! It just means that when you plateau, you can just add a little bit more effort to keep the gains coming!

1-2 cm in a year are great gains, if you are not a newbie, Gaino. Dry jelqs are effective, so 20-30 could give gains per se, expecially girthwise.

I have been wondering a lot whether long sessions really provides results linear to the length. After 1 1/2 year, I don’t think so and then we get near to the long topic about “Less is more”.

For stretching, I find very little results in holding a stretch more than 20 seconds. Perhaps 30 seconds helps a bit and 1 minute helps even more but I think that 20 seconds does 90% of the job.

For clamping, I feel that 3 sessions of 10 minutes gives a lot more than 2 sessions of 15 minutes.

For jelqing, I feel there is a personal limit of about 200 jelqs in one session. More seems to provide nothing more and probably, 2 sessions of 100 jelqs is even better.

But these are my observations and we may all be different. But I prefer shorter and more frequent sessions before long and few.

That’s really good! I will try to do about the same routine as you do. I’ve done about 30-40 dry overhand jelqs, 5 stretches outwards and 5 stretches downwards. I’ve done it without good warm-up for about one week now, and I have a lot better morning erections and better blood-circulations down there.

But I haven’t taken any days off. But maybe I thought about like 5 days on 2 off or something.

I think you are truly right here. Many people in here without gains should think over their routines. Maybe, a shorter routine would help

Hey man just wanting to comment. I will resume my PE duties around January the 3rd and I am going to go with an extremely light routine to begin with. It is going to consist of:

5 min warmup with rice sock
9 stretches 8 second per stretch
3 cranks clockwise and 3 cranks counterclockwise
30 wet jelqs
shower warm down

The reason of this is that from what I can remember, the best eq I had in ages was the day after doing this routine, and also when I measured after this routine I really seemed to have gained like .1 inch lengthwise in just one day ( the gains was only for that time I jerked off after doing the routine)

I intend to increase the time to 10 secs and the number of jelqs to 50 after the 3rd week of consistent PE. I will appreciate any feedback or any input you might have, and I will sure share how I do with this routine.

Good luck to us both and hopefully we are on the way for some great gains.
