I think I stumbled onto the reverse kegel this morning. The family slept in, so I did a two hour stretch session. Since I was on a roll, I decided to go two more hours for a total of four hours straight, stretching and measuring. At the end of the session, my flaccid stretch went from 9.50” to 10.00”, and then I just relaxed the BC (PC)? whatever, muscle and immediately went to 11:00” flaccid stretch. What a high that was! Hope I can repeat it. I’m back into heavy duty PE. (Warning: This is not for the Newbie).

Horsehung, I have noticed that a noticeable difference in flaccid stretch length before and after a workout is an indication that you are experiencing a growth spurt. I saw a difference of .75 inches BPFSL before and after measurements a day before I gained .25 in erect length the last time I made gains. So my advice would be to check your EL measurements to see if you gained.

Not typical. But during my first five months of PE, I ended up working out from 90 minutes to two hours pretty much every day.

Thanks for the advice. I’m trying to gain back the inch (BPEL) I lost over the past three months. Maybe this is an indication I’m starting to get it back. Whooohooooo.

My BPEL is 9.50”—upon awakening—measured with a tape measure. It was 10.50” at the dawn of a new day.

I’m trying to regain that lost inch. What’s fascinating for me is that upping the intensity of my PE routine has made me horny as hell. I guess PE increases your hormone level. I know I have a lot more energy now. I thought maybe it was a seasonal thing, but now I remember how raring to go I was back last December when I was gaining.

Andrew69, our Aussie mate, and I started almost on the same day last October. Who knew? This is my tenth month. I went whole hog for five months, then laid back for pretty much the next four. That’s when I lost the inch, BPEL. Obviously, it was not cemented.

I followed your advice and measured this morning before I started my routine. You’re right!! BPEL, it was up a quarter inch to 9.75” and the flaccid stretched length was at 10”. I’ll continue this routine for a while.
This time I won’t cut back until I’m sure they’re cemented.
