Shaving burn on dick that won't go

Around a month ago to re-commence PE I shaved my shaft area. I obviously went a bit OTT as a few days later I had developed painful red marks, and when I say painful they really were. Like an idiot though I continued to jelq and didnt really apply much in the way of ointment as I figured the pain would calm down. The pain lasted a few weeks and would be apparent anytime I touched or tensed the area inadvetently, only when flacid though weirdly.

Anyway whilst pretty much all of the discomfort has subsided, if I look closely at these “burn” marks I’m kind of worried that jelqing with baby oil has somehow caused them begin scarifying. It has obviosly interefered with the healing process as a month has passed and they are still noticeable, around the base. I must add here that while I jelqed the pain certainly didn’t get worse, hence why I still did it.

They are a light pink in colour, with a definate difference in appearance from the rest of the penile skin.

Obviuously I’m going to lay off jelqing, and am applying moisturiser and a soothing cream now, anyone else ever had the same?

For what it is worth I put this stuff on post pump, thickcock recommended it for that. Have used on dry skin, it does have good healing properties.

I get it at a drugstore chain here in the US. Something like 8 dollars US, but lasts a very long time as you do not need to use a lot.

I just spend yesterday plucking all my shaft hair. A few hairs at a time, doesn’t hurt really, leaves a nice smooth stubble less skin behind. I am about to experiment with a "hair growth inhibitor" from a salon, official use is for waxed legs and eye-brows.

Plucking hairs off your dick with a pair of tweezers is way better than shaving imho. It takes longer time, but then you don’t need to shave your dick for another 3-4 weeks or so. Also makes your dick super smooth ;) .

Both can also lead to ingrown hairs. Your experience may vary. Safest bet is to trim closely rather than shave or pluck.

Wohoo finally seems to be healing. Didn’t jelq yesterday and may have today off. That was some painful shit lol.

Never shave your shaft dry and without ointment after is my advice lmao.

Use nair instead of shaving

I have experienced almost the same thing. I shaved all over with Mach 3 and cut myself over the middle of the shaft early Appril. It’s like a small dot of an open wound. When I take couple of days off it seems to heal, but then when I apply bit of force when jelqing it returns slightly painful and it won’t go away.

Now I’m using a electric hair trimmer to remove hair and it leaves skin smooth. I am also using Baby Oil for my PE and perhaps that type of oil is irritating the wound maybe.

Hi, baby oil is definatley irritating it for me dude. I’ve got some bio-oil on the way.

You can’t even notice it then day after a jelqing session with baby oil, it’s more prominent. What I’ve got is a mild burn.
It is going slowly though.

Do not use Nair!

Why do you say that Titleist. I use Veet which is kinda the same thing. I just don’t leave it on too long.

I will look around for bio oil in pharmacy, because I really get a burning sensation when using Baby Oil. Any type of oil in particular you recommend?
