I already shared my routine many years ago. It is all in my signature.

New routine focused on the tunica

Been PEing for roughly 10 months now with just over 1/4” gained in girth (after the first month). Not a damn thing gained in length.

Rice sick 10 - 20 minutes
Pull & Tug Stretches 8 - 10 minutes
Heated hanging (10#) 3 sets, up to 20 minutes
Edge 5 minutes
Clamped jelqs 25 reps; 5 second strokes
Erect bends; up to 5 sets each side (30 seconds each)
Edge 5 minutes
Erect bends
Cold shower (water directly on penis) Stretches; 5 minutes

*Take 2 - 3 days off after
Off day #1 = heat in morning and night
Off day #2 = heat, kegels, 5 minute edging
Off day #3 = all the above with stretches throughout day

Giving this new routine 3 months. If it doesn’t work I’m going to hit it hard for 2 weeks straight then take 1 week off.

0.25 inches in girth is an awesome gain, congrats.

Damn! Seems like you are doing everything right. And no gains in length. Hey! Veteran PEers. Help this guy so I don’t get depressed

In addition, I use olive oil infused with herbs that help blood flow for the jelqing. And am trying 12 - 24 hour fasting periods combined with high intensity exercise routines to help boost testosterone levels and human growth hormone levels. And drink rosemary tincture.. Looking to make a “male enhancement” tincture that will contain herbs and HGH boosting properties.

You might be going at it too hard. I would like to get some of the veterans opinion on this, but I often see someone working really hard like you are with little or no results.
I didn’t see any results for the first 6 months and then 3/4” in length is just 3 months with a simpler routine. Then another 1/4” 3 months after that. Then I started to go at it harder and lost 1/4” length in a 3 month period ( like you I added some nice girth during this period). I noticed a drop in EQ when I started going at it harder even though I was taking every 3rd day off. I went back to my simpler routine everyday, and have added a 1/2” length.

I have my routine on page 1 of this thread. It isn’t much of a routine, but it has worked for me as far as adding length (and girth), and length seems to be what you are mainly looking for now. I would like to see someone with more experience respond because I have only been doing this for less then 2 years, and would like you to get more experienced advice for you. Less has worked better for me, but I stay consistent. I schedule no days off, but will usually have a couple of days a week when I can’t do my entire routine due to other interests and obligations.

I started getting aggressive with the routine when no gains were coming from lighter routines. I started with a basic beginner’s routine, then stepped it up just a bit. After 4 months of that with no results I began heavily relying on hanging + jelqing. Did this for 2 months and became extremely frustrated and discouraged . So much in fact my sex life and relationship is suffering. We are no longer involved in the swinger lifestyle because of this.

I’m giving this routine a chance since there has been no loss of length or girth. Definitely paying attention to the PIs. The only thing left to try is completely wearing it down every day as much as safely possible. Then take a short yet extended break before repeating the process.

It should be noted that I have been ignorantly going about this way before coming in contact with these sites. Some attempts and mistakes were made with pumps and others with the 1-1/2 metal cock ring. It’s possible that those years of “abuse” has toughened the tunica. But I did go through quite a long time of not doing anything so reconditioning should have reduced that quite a bit. Estimating I took a few years off of doing anything.

Starting measurements were:
Length = 5.5” NBPEL; 6.25” BPEL
FSBPL = 6.75”
Girth = 5”

Current:
Length = same, except FSBPL is slightly longer.
Girth = 5.25”

Thanks, I was pretty shocked and excited when I measured after the first month.

Girth Monday Wednesday Friday

10 min warmup with rice sock
20 slinkies (5 along the top, 5 along the bottom, five along each side)
End routine with 10 min of edging

Length Sunday Tuesday Thursday Saturday

3 10 second sets of stretching pulling left, right, and outward. First set I pull straight outward. Second set I pull it over my wrist, and third set I do a V stretch.

15 minutes- Uli/ dry jelqing/ squeeze/ supra slammer combo.. the first thing I do in the morning laying in bed. Followed by 10 minutes in bathmate, then 10 minutes in Girth expander.. then several long hols stretches before warm down. Sometimes I do the 3- step workout with the Girth expander on at the same time!

I do almost the same routine at late evening like I do in the morning. It can happen that I play around with it.. which is typical me!

This is my base routine and I go by feel and like to play with it often and I take my off days when I feel like.


Starting size: 7.48" X 5.51" Currently: 10.1" X 6.4"

Heat is the key!

I’m working with “newbie routine” for 5 months now:

2 ON, 1 OFF.

3* 3 minutes warm up (wash cloth),
1* 15 minutes dry jelq “U-grip” (7,5 minutes per hand),
1* 2 minutes cool down (freezing wash cloth).

By January (day 17 to be exact) will be adding air pumping, to condition myself later on for clamping.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)
