Shaft pain

Does anyone have pain in their shaft the morning after a workout. Lately I’ve noticed that not during manual stretching, but the day after, my shaft hurts when pulled (from middle shaft to right behind the head). I hope it’s not an injury.

I’ll have a light throbbing sometimes. It feels sharp, but the pain is kinda mild and it might be there for a few minutes before I even notice.

The base of my unit aches the day after, but not until I pull on it. I’m only doing manual stretches these days, so that makes sense. I’m targeting the ligs and they are sore a little. but behind the ligs down deeper in the base is where I really feel it.

I’m interpreting this to be a good ache and not a bad sore kind of feeling.

The soresness I am speaking of is a bit sharp and stingy, it doesn’t feel like a good ache in my shaft. How long should I take off to determine if it is an injury (maybe slight nerve damage).

It sounds like you’re feeling the same kind of pain I’m feeling. Sometimes it’s more noticable than others, but usually it’s pretty mild. I can’t always pinpoint exactly where the ache is. I’m thinking it feels like a very thin “line” of ache traveling the length, or most of the length, of my shaft. It isn’t anything new for me, and I usually just ignored it. I hope it isn’t an injury.

Yeah it sounds similar, mine just started about 4 days ago…I currently manual stretch about 30 minutes a day, that’s it. I believe it might be some type of injury but I can’t figure out what. The pain seems a stronger toward the head although it runs about the whole length, as yours does. Do you have a link to your progress and routine, I’d be interested to look for similarities that might have caused this.
