Several stretching sessions per day?
I was searching the forums on topics related to length gains. I was reading up on hanging and someone posted that the lengthing actually occurs when you hang in the fatigued state, not in the process of getting there with the first sessions. Also, that it probably would be counterproductive to hang and allow a complete heal and then hang again.
Wouldn’t this same logic apply to manual stretching as well. I’m going for length first before I attack girth, so would it make more sense for me to do several manual stretching sessions throughout the day? One in the morning, one midday, and one before bed. That way the ligs never fully recover.
