i know some of you weill say its a marathon not a sprint etc.
but im having some seriously mental issues with doing this…i have been at it for about 4 months now….jelqing, hanging, clamps sometimes everything and im not seeing any results i vary technique to get the right feel i read on here a ton i listened to suggestions and i watched videos. but im not seeing any change i have been hanging @ 10lbs 3x20 with 10 min rest in between i have tried 5 on 2 off 1 on 1 off 2 on 1 off and everything in between been hanigng now for about 2 1/2 months. im not someone who expects a inch in 3 months but when you put in hours a day to this im sure you can all sympathize that you should see SOMETHING and have that motivate you to keep going but after this amouint of time and no change i gotta be honest its very discouraging to keep this up. any thoughts or suggestions? hopefully constructive?
