Seeking modest length gains

Has anyone ever made length gains using an extender only? I would be content gaining 1” (at most) in erect length and like the idea of wearing an extender since it is a passive form of PE. I do not want to hang.

People reported gains from extender, but it would be much faster if used as support to manual routine. Have you tried newbie routine (and manual stretching)?

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

Hey EJ if you do a search on a user named westsidetony, you will definitly see that it is possible to gain just by wearing an extender. He gained something like 2 inches, with pictures to backup all of his progress. But I think he threw in some jelqing as well.


Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0

Yes, I’ve done the newbie routine and manual stretching, but I am admittedly a bit lazy when it comes to PE and prefer the most passive methods even if it means limited gains. That is why I like pumping, but it has only given girth gains and I would much prefer length. Thanks for responding.

Extender is said to help increase length.

I am also doing more passive exercises (ie. vacADS and light hanging). I can’t do manual stretching too much as I have excessive erection problem.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Goal: EL: 7.25" x EG: 6.2" x FL: 4"
