I was going to write this up as a huge post with heaps of shit but here it is cut down:

I haven’t seen any real results for months and months. Now the horse exercise brings me some encouragement.

I analysed what was happening today when I was squeezing… basically I had a torniquet round the base and some really high pressure going on.
I already had quite a bit of red dottage (as usual)
and I thought “Why?”

I thought about it for a while and studied what I was feeling, and I came up with this;

The pressure in the veins (On the surface) was massive. The veins were HARD. But I was not feeling much in the way of ANYTHING INTERNALLY. What I’ve been doing is filling up the corpa cavernosa to it’s maximum, which stretches the skin (tunicae?) and all the pressure goes to the veins. Much like people complain they can’t hit their ligs directly when hanging because of other factors (other parts taking the weigth etc)

The reason light jelqing etc works in the beginning is because the tissues internal are weak enough to be effected by the light pressure they recieve, but unfortunately our bodies become accustomed to this and stop being stimulated by it. We need to find a better way round. Enter the Horses: since we get the pressure to maximum within the corpa cavernosae, and then increase it furthur by squeezing the head (which is basically just an extension of this same tissue) there is stimulation provided. At least thats how it feels to me…

Anyone agree/disagree/not care/propose an alternate idea?

Secjay that makes a whole lot of sense to me, I don’t really have any extra insight on the idea but I do think you’ve got something there. I’ve only been on horses for the last two weeks exclusively.

When you do your horses how much shaft increase do you note while actually squeezing? I’ve been asking this question so much lately, and havn’t received much response. I only note about a 1/4 or less increase while performing them, is this same for you or not.

I think 1/4 of an inch is ok. I’m not sure how much I get, maybe 1/2 an inch maybe a 1/4 like yourself but don’t forget it’s an individual thing like everything else. As long as your’e doing them with the two hands squeezing as hard as humanly possible (I think this was horse words) than you must be doing it right.

But let me tell you something secjay and T-rex - you get used to the horses aswell, just like the other stuff :( - so eventually they also become less effective, if not we were all 7 inch girth by now.

Just do them hard and get as much growth as you can out of them while they work (I think this could be a few months), and notice that you don’t get discoloration from them.

T-Rex, 1/4 inch is just fine I guess…not that there’s any guidelines on this kind of thing…

The first time I did it, I got a FULL INCH of bloating on the girth (up to 6.5 from 5.5!) but havent seen anything like it since.

Now I get probably less than 1/4 expansion, MUCH less and never more. But I am feeling a massive increase in the pressure as opposed to other exercises…

Braker, I sure as hell hope my body takes its damn time getting used to these, they’re the only thing that seems like it will work!!

When these things fail me, I think I will have exhausted all possible routes for growth :( Then what??
I’ll be screwed! :o

Let’s hope that by then there will be another guy like horse that will come up with something new!

Also, maybe once you do get used to them you can quit for a while and then go back again and get some more gains, that’s what I might try to do.

I do a exercise similar to a horse that has been very effective for me. I will do an illustration and get it up a.s.a.p. I got most of my girth gains from this.

Horse Shoe Bend as the picture illustrates.

1 set equals 1minute: At 90% erect. During this 1 minute I trap all the blood at the extreme base with the standard OK grip and using the other hand I trap the blood below the head. Now pushing my hands together I roll the my penis back and forth in a sort of Horse Shoe Shape while pushing my hands together.

I do these during my standard jelqing session. 1 set every 100 jelqs. They can be done alone too. I like to perform about 10 sets.

First let me thank you for doing a great job with these illustrations, also it’s great that you share all this with us.

I’m not sure I completely understand your squeeze though, what exactly do you mean by “roll my penis back and forth in a sort of Horse Shoe Shape” maybe you can try and explain it in different words, or either do another illustration that shows the stage when the two hands get close together?

Actually I think this could go as an individual thread at the “Main Member” Forum, it’s always great to hear about new exercises!

Oh, and congrats on the mod thing, I always enjoyed your posts at the PE Forum but I spend most of my time here at Thunders, so it will be good to hear from you more often over here!

Thanks for trying to explain dld, I still find it a bit hard to understand.. sorry.. I’m not sure if you slide your hands toward one another using pressure until both hand touch at mid shaft?

The reason I suggested to put this info somewhere else was because it’s a new exercise and this thread is about horses so people might not notice..

Wow…I think I’ve got it. I don’t need to try it for awhile though :)

I wonder if alternating between hanging and manual practices (long term—6 months a pop) would allow the internal tissues to become weak enough to get results—say, even the horses or horsehoes stopped, go to hanging for 6 months, then come back to them.

I mean, really, what’s 3-5 years if you get the shlong of your dreams?
