I read this great article on how hormones increase and decrease through out the year and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced periods that were good PE growth days in relation to the seasons? Also is there a time of day where things work best for you/

I will post the article after some guys chime in. And see if the article is right and if there is a PE gain due to the timing of the session.

I don’t see why hormones would have anything to do with PE. It’s not like bodybuilding where testosterone is required to build muscle. Also, can you provide support to your statement that hormone swings take place through the seasons? I’ve never heard of such things, although I do like the idea of a natural ‘mating season’ in humans :D

The testosterone does not create growth as I see it. It limits shrinkage which in turn allows us to stretch the tunica. I am at work so I will post the article this evening. But What I want to know is if anyone has experienced certain times of the day and/or season where the penis is more receptive to the PE regimen. I find that the afternoon gives the best results and I found that Prolactin may be at its highest in the wee our hours of the morning so it may be logical that the exact opposite is true where the afternoon would be where it is at its lowest. Also, I have not determined when cortisol is at its highest but the reading I have done so far suggests that it is also in the morning.

I also know that cortisol is the stress hormone. And what happens to the penis when we are stressed and scared? Shrinkage.

I also know that when I changed my routine to the evening from the afternoon, my growth dropped off considereably.

Hey I may be wrong, but isnt thinking this stuff through with other PE fans what this site is all about?

Another point, sleeping well seems to have been agreed on as having a good effect on PE. Sleeping the right amount lowers cortisol in the body.

The warmer months of spring, summer, and fall are best for me. I hate cold weather and getting out of bed to P E on cold mornings is a bummer for me. Last year I stretched for about 20 to 25 minutes five mornings a week from late March through October. It was pretty intense but I gained almost a half inch in length by those stretches in warmer morning weather which was more conducive to my P E activities. I could tell I was gaining when times on the throne found my dick hitting the water. Our commode may have a high water level in the bowl but I have never had that experience before late last summer. That convinced me that my stretches were doing something. Warm weather is best for me all round. I am a happier person all round in that type weather. I am looking forward to getting back into stretches in my routine.

About September is when I remember making those gains that involved the water in the toilet bowl. I dont think P E gains have anything to do with hormones, but good hormones cant hurt the process. You younger guys should feel so fortunate that your hormones are high and raging. That makes for better hards and P E work while you are putting your dicks through the physical stress of P E. Older dicks are more difficult to work with I would think. I know that is true for me. I cant take too much physical stress to my unit in the process.
