This is my first post.

My start with PE is in Mart2002.From them i try almost everything.

Stretching(left,down,right,up),dld stretch,JAI stretch,jelqing(15,30,45min).

J try 30 ,45,1h,1.15h,1.30h workout program,5days on 2off,2on 1off,3on 1off,1on 1off,no off day but nothing happened.1 year and 4 month and no gain.My LOT is about 8.

J become very sceptical across PE.

Is there anybody have some advice or similar experience.

You need to hang weights, and be patinet, although you should of had some small gains this is what i do, i like it, you may to!

My routine is as follows
Morning
3 20 minute sessions of weight hanging 5lbs

Afternoon
Streching and manual exercises suc has jelqing, ulis and powerjelq device

Night
10 minutes of pumping

Do a lot of reading in the newbie forum and in main member forum. These guys have the
experience (at least in main) to give you good suggestions.

I do understand the level of frustration you must be feeling to have worked at this over a year
without much success. Some of the fellas here have also had slow gains, but with perserverance they do come.

Greek may be right in the fact that you might want to try hanging, and also try some of the tunica exercises.

dura, I must admit, if I had not seen gains within a few months I would have quit and considered PE a crock. Luckily, I saw gains very soon. For whatever reason everyone has different results. The most incredible patience I have seen is by SS4Jelq. He has been hard at it for over 3 years and just recently had ANY results.

I recommend reading through many progress reports to get an idea of the usual effort, time and results seen.

The reality is IF you can apply enough force for enough time you WILL get results.

Here are some other relevant questions:

Do you drink alot of water?
Do you use heat wraps?
Do you consume too much vitamin C?
Have you been on a diet?
Do you smoke?
Have you considered pulling harder on your stretches?
Have you tried multiple sessions per day?
How old are you?

I had no gains for about 6 months until I started manual stretching, now im making solid gains. I do 30-45 min of manual V-stretches and then 30 min of jelqing at about 6:00 pm 5 days a week. I’ve gained about 2cm in the last month and a half.

I found that when you stretch you need to stretch HARD, and you should feel a jolt of pain in your cock at least once every stretching session.
You know your gaining when you feel sharp pain in your cock while your not PEing.

I never felt this pain until I really applied myself to PE, Im sure you will get gains if you really apply yourself. If you havent felt this then your technique is not good enough.

IF YOU FEEL THIS PAIN IN YOUR COCK YOU ARE GAINING, I cant stress this enough. Good luck dont give up.

I would take your advice. I was doing PE irregularly before coming to Thunders. I had noticed a gain of about 1/2”. It used to be mainly sadsak squeezes and a little jelqing here and there.

I started doing more intense and frequent PE after coming to Thunders. I included dry jelqing & some stretching after this (for the last 1.5 months I guess). I haven’t seen any gain after the Thunders routine. But again, my stretching is for just 5 mins per session. I guess I gotta add more time & intensity. But if not for this forum, I would have given up on PE (I already tend to slack). Good luck duradovi!

There is a reason why we experience pain….because it is our body’s way of telling us to stop whatever it is that causes the pain in the first place, before something is really excaberated and made even worse.

Unless you are a sadist, or a dominatrix, pain should not be considered a positive sign that we are doing something (whatever it may be, in this case, PE) right!

Noname, I’m sure, will only be causing problems for himself in the future if he continues with his “theory”!

I see it like this, you should be able to feel the stretches (downward don’t know about tunica, yet) in your ligs. They tingle, get fired up, and make a sense of pleasurable “pain”.

There is a large difference between pleasurable pain, and “Oh my god that freaking kills” pain.
