Running with PE Weights

12

An observation I made during my plyometric hiit routines is that my cock significantly retracts. These are extreme routines, while running can also be pushed to the extreme. At that time the focus is on the cardiovascular system and blood is surging to all other parts of the body where it is immediately required, result, at least for me, my cock retracts as my blood is being driven into my major muscle groups, hence the pump.

I think it might be counter productive to stress the cock when your blood flow is being currently vested into other areas of the body that are the primary focus of the exercise at hand. So now the cock is being stressed while competing for blood supply when it needs it most.

After my routine and a hot shower, things are hanging nicely, good time to maybe do a PE routine!

Just my thought, but others may have another experience.

Either hang weights or run. Not both.

Take anything “Big Girtha” wrote with a grain of salt. He is an outlier in my humble opinion. Indestructible dick. Most of us have destructible dicks.

Here are the major truisms of PE:

- PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

- You only have one cock. You won’t be issued a new one if you fuck it up.

- If it hurts don’t do it.

I’ll further say what is your hurry? Take your time, don’t do dumb stuff, use plenty of heat.

Congrats on the great gains so far.

Mine used to significantly retract. Since PE, it retracts much less but still retracts a bit. This is actually why I decided to run with the autoxleeve on. Then I figured I might as well try it with a 9oz weight as well.

Great advice, thanks. I need to find more ways to incorporate heat. I almost always wrap my extender in a heating pad, but I’ve been inconsistent in using the heating pad when in the pump. When I stretch/jelq, I have the bathroom heated to 75F, but I don’t use any other heat. One of these days I’ll buy a quality IR lamp. I got a cheap one and ended up returning it.

I believe that repetitive bouncing type of activity under stretch force builds the thickness and toughness of the connective tissues and the flesh in general.

So running with a heavy weight (9 oz is heavy for a flaccid penis to support) is not a good idea in my opinion. If you really want those fast reliable gains you need to apply carefully controlled forces under controlled conditions, and fine tune the conditions as required.

Wearing the AutoXleeve (I have one myself) as much as you can is probably a good idea, but I don’t see how running with one can be beneficial considering that you’re not running all day. You’re only taking on more risk with little return on your efforts, IMO.

An Xleeve without weight (plastic cap) is a different story. That should be safe.

Good luck. :)

That was my original concern. After doing a bit more research, I believe you are correct. Below is a quote from a textbook I purchased to better understand potential PE growth mechanisms. I included the most relevant part in bold.

Quote
Creep is a property of viscous structures that occurs when a prolonged stress is applied in the linear phase. Creep, or elongation of the tissue, is inversely proportional to the velocity of the stress and the slower the applied stress, the greater the lengthening (Hardy and Woodall, 1998) (Fig. 2.12). Deformation occurs through a gradual rearrangement of the collagen fibres, proteoglycan gel and water and/ or through straining and perhaps breaking some of the collagen fibre cross-links (Bogduk, 2012). When the stress is released, resumption of the original length of the structure occurs at a slower rate than its deformation and this mechanical behaviour is known as hysteresis – the loading and unloading stress– strain curves are not identical as would be demonstrated in a purely elastic structure. The original length may not be achieved, and the difference between the two lengths is known as set (Fig. 2.13).

Good points. I’m thinking either the xleeve without weight or even just a Stealth may be the way to go here.

Awesome textbook quote, thank you. :)
Keep ‘em coming.

I agree with the quote, from an engineering view point 🤣😂🤓😁
