So I was wondering if you think it’s better to switch up your routine daily or stick with something for a while, then change it up? I’ve read about guys doing different stretches every day and then I’ve heard of guys, such as myself, sticking with one type of stretch for a while.

What would be the benefit of both approaches?

Everything I have read suggests sticking with a routine, but as someone who works out a fair bit I understand the opposite and sometimes wonder why I am being so static with my routine. With Weight lifting I saw my biggest gains both ways. My legs and back became ridiculously powerful when I would just go to the gym and do whatever leg and back shit I felt like, keeping a tab on the major exercises. However I increased my bench around 125 lbs in 4 months(as of May, I now do more) by just benching two times a week. When I say just benching I mean JUST benching, I would do somewhere over 10 sets depending on my energy level.

Thinking about it logically, the penis is one thing, like bench pressing so doing the same thing over and over seems like it should be the best idea. Then again I think about it that maybe what that suggests is I should focus on just girth or just length.

I suggest that you strike a balance between enjoyable and productive. If you arn’t getting results, switch it up after giving said technique a fair chance to work. Otherwise, frustration might lead to motivation loss.

I am just getting back into this and I am going to some light gentle jelq sessions every other day for about a half hour. I will pay attention to what i am doing but I will also calm my mind and body to make the process somewhat meditative.

I have gained in the past with this routine. I threw in some stretches at the urinal which may have facilitated my gains.
