I know jelqing is important. But is there a routine that doesn’t involve jelqing that could get gain?

Jelqing is the single most important exercise by far. It will greatly help the results you get from any other exercise, and if you can masturbate, you can jelq, so why you would ever want to do a routine without jelqing?


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Actually if you have a routine that involve wearing ADS and or hanging you can have gain without jelqing.

Sorry, but jelqing is essential.

Jelqing is easy and fun. Why would you not want to do it if you are into PE?

You need to jelq. I have heard of very very very few guys who have gained with stretching alone.

In addition to length and girth gains, you will find that jelqing helps with circulation, which results in a healthier and HARDER penis.

On the other hand you may not need to do a TON of jelqs. Personally I stay in the 90 to 120 rep range. A number of other guys on thunders’ stay in that range with good results.

Nor do you need to choke the hell out of your penis. Lighten up on your grip if that is what is bothering you.

Of course your mileage may vary. But jelqing is good.

Especially if you do your heated warmups. Especially if you allow yourself days off to recover and grow.

I will assume you are talking about someone with a conditioned penis before he attempts to do an ADS or hanging all day. To condition ones penis you must jelq. So going back to the original poster’s question of is there a routine that you can do without jelqing, I would, in my opinion, say no.

I started jelqing, then had the notion it wasn’t for me but believe me it is! Why wouldn’t you want harder erections within days uh? Give it another go, even if you just take it slow. It will better your penis if done correctly. These guy’s aren’t gonna lie to you. Good luck Hugewang69

Reason why I say is because I clamp and stretch. But just do not enjoy jelqing.

I don’t enjoy doing cardio on the stairmaster either, yet I still do it.

Then again I would never put a cable clamp anywhere near a body part that has given me so much joy and pleasure.

So just goes to show you!

Cardio on the stairmaster is most definitely an ass kicker.

I have enough girth already (6.25”) so I don’t want anymore girth, just length, therefore my routine is about 90% stretching and 10% Jelquing.

I could not disagree more.

I’ve made excellent gains through traction wrapping, pumping, manual stretching, hanging, and wearing a cockring. I’ve only been jelquing for the last six months or so, simply because I wanted to see if I could make gains with a purely manual routine. Since I started traction wrapping in the late 80’s, you could say that all of my gains over the past 20 years are due to methods other than jelquing.

Now, looking back over the past six months, I see the value in jelquing, but I don’t think that “jelquing is essential”, just an excellent introduction to PE, and for some it could be all the PE they need to achieve their size goals.
