I’m doing PE for quit a while and actually I’m not gaining anymore. I also have to admit that I was not so consistent during the last months.
I want to change my routine. Since I started with PE I never stretched downward. The lowest position I ever hold a stretch was 9 o clock on the LOT scale. You may ask me why I did so, I will tell you. I always stretched while I was sitting in a chair, so basically this was the reason why I always stretched my unit upwards.
Now here are my questions:
1.Do you you think I should change my routine and stretch downward?
2.In generally, how should I stretch downward? This might be stupid question. Should I do this while standing?
3.Is downward stretching dangerous? May be this is also a stupid question, for me it’s just weird to stretch downward.
