Was doing lig stretches, and for a while after had a mild pain in my left groin after stretching too far one day.

In your position I’d warm up very well before each session. Soaking in a hot bath is preferable because it warms everything thoroughly down there. Lacking that, a hot shower, rice sock, heating pad, whatever will suffice. Just be sure to heat not only the penis itself, but the whole area around it.

Start with 3-5 minutes or so of very easy stretching and the same of jelqing with only light pressure. Work up in time and intensity gradually. If the pain retuns, take another week of two off and try again.

Definitely take your time and Listen to your body…….remember PE is long term. Plus the fact that you only have one dick, breaking it would really be unfortunate. LOL
