Rotary/winch jelq - a new exercise?
I don’t know if it’s a new exercise or not, but I had a great session last night doing something I can’t find described anywhere else - so here goes:
(Lawyerspeak: this may be dangerous/stupid. Start out with very light pressure on a 20% erection level or less- if at all. Presumably not for newbies.)
Make an OK grip at the base, same as regular jelqs - except instead of pulling *away* from the body with the jelqing hand you *rotate* the wrist in place, keeping it resting against the pelvis. Turn right for the right hand and left for the left.
The pressure comes from the “winding/winching/turning motion” (like a fireman’s hose/fishing rod) instead of the “outward puling motion” (like pulling a weed). The slow turn gives an orange-bend like effect to the shaft, while still pulling on the ligs/base. Obviously, erection level has to be fairly low.
It felt great when I did it: if it feels bad/uncomfortable/strenuous, stop.
Anyone tried/want to try this?
If I’m the first to describe it, I call naming dibs: “Winch jelq”? “Rotary jelq”? “FYPing”?
