Rotary/winch jelq - a new exercise?

Hey,

I don’t know if it’s a new exercise or not, but I had a great session last night doing something I can’t find described anywhere else - so here goes:

(Lawyerspeak: this may be dangerous/stupid. Start out with very light pressure on a 20% erection level or less- if at all. Presumably not for newbies.)

Make an OK grip at the base, same as regular jelqs - except instead of pulling *away* from the body with the jelqing hand you *rotate* the wrist in place, keeping it resting against the pelvis. Turn right for the right hand and left for the left.

The pressure comes from the “winding/winching/turning motion” (like a fireman’s hose/fishing rod) instead of the “outward puling motion” (like pulling a weed). The slow turn gives an orange-bend like effect to the shaft, while still pulling on the ligs/base. Obviously, erection level has to be fairly low.

It felt great when I did it: if it feels bad/uncomfortable/strenuous, stop.

Anyone tried/want to try this?

If I’m the first to describe it, I call naming dibs: “Winch jelq”? “Rotary jelq”? “FYPing”?

Hmm, okay.

1. Form an overhand OK grip, as you would for normal jelqing.
2. Slowly turn your hand, keeping it the same distance from your body, as if driving a manual corkscrew into a cork. Your shaft should be wrapping/trailing around your thumb, with your glans slowly turning like the hand of a clock. Mine was ending up pointing back at its base before slipping out of my grip.
3. Repeat with opposite hand.

The simplest way to put it: just like normal jelqing, but *turn* your hand in the direction away from your dick, keeping the wrist as a stationary pivot, instead of *pulling* your hand away from your pelvis.

Sorry, I still don’t get it.

Seems like I have read something about this before.

Possible. It’s somewhere between an erect bend, a sadsak slinky, and a jelq stroke, but I haven’t seen it described exactly - yet.

Just jelq by turning your hand, in an unscrew-lid motion, keeping the wrist still. Jelq by turning, not pulling.

I’ve got an attachment pending, it’ll show what I mean.

I think I get it and I actually perfom a similar technique but two handed.

All disclaimers and warning noted perfom as follows:

step 1: hand A reverse ok grip at base of penis, using 50% erection level or what is comfortable for you.
Step 2: hand B palm of hand pushes on glans back toward base to create pressure in penis.
Step 3: begin rotating hand B slowly in same fashion as helis while maintaining the pressure in penis
step 4: SLOWLY Jelq towards head with hand A whilst rotating with Hand B.

I take no responsibility for your penis exploding if you try this exercise without the proper discipline. I personally perform this regularly and it feels like it is working every cell of my penis.

It probably already exists and has a name but I have not seen it on here, also have not looked for it either. As with all PE excercise, train the stupid out of your brain first to avoid injury.

I think I get it. Keep the jelqing hand on the base stationary, and just turn the wrist while still making the shaft/glans motionless. You jelq by turning it and not stretching the shaft. It seems like quite an advanced technique.

SMK, what you’re describing sounds like a plumped bend (NSFW):

Plumped Bend Video

My thing (winch jelq? slinky jelq?) involves only one hand at a time.

Not quite - I don’t get “making the shaft/glans motionless”.

The way I do it, the shaft/glans rotate, starting SO and slowly pointing down and to the side, like the second hand on a clock. By the end of a stroke, they’re bent at a 180 degree angle respective to the base before they pop out of the hand. The less distance left to be jelqed, the more they point back towards the pelvis, because they’re pointing parallel to the knuckles (right palm faces right at the start, ends up facing left).

Visual analogy: a fireman’s hose is getting wound around a wheel. Use your hand to grip that wheel. Turn your hand. The wheel winds up the hose. That’s all I’m saying - the “winding” motion pulls your OK grip *up* the dick, slowly bending/pulling the dick in the process, without the centre/pivot point of your wrist moving away from your pelvis.

There was a thread on MOS where people describe an exercise back and forth for pages - words are horrible for this, to my shame. The picture’s coming.

Yes it is similar to the Plump Bend but it is more of a rotation then a bend and the base hand jelqs slowly which changes the point where the penis is rotating. For me it is a whole shaft work out and when my jelqing hand reaches the glands I hold it there and kind of mash the head between both hand, this gives major head expansion.

I am off to try your exercise now though, I think I will like it ;)

That’s not bad either: kind of a horse-jelq?

This should clear up any remaining questions (images NSFW, childish line drawings of dicks, external links):

Note: these pictures are of a right hand winch jelqing, seen from below.

*******************

To recap - right hand instructions (reverse for left):

1. Start with overhand OK grip, as close to the base as possible, same as an ordinary jelq.

2. Turn your (right) hand right, so your palm faces inwards, the thumb-side of your hand faces left and the pinky-side faces right. Notice that the OK grip moves up your shaft as you do this: notice also that the length of shaft above the OK grip (and inside your fingers) points right, parallel with your knuckles, and at a right angle respective to the length of shaft no longer in the OK grip.

3. Keep turning your right hand right. Your wrist should still be resting on your pelvis: your hand is not pulling further away from your body, just turning in place - like a winch. Imagine a flat wheel around your knuckles whose plane is perpendicular to the line of your body (if you’re lying down), and turn it. The length of shaft above the OK grip (inside the fingers) should keep pointing back towards the pelvis more and more (always parallel with the knuckles of the fingers gripping it) as the OK grip gets further and further away from the base, and the pinky-side of the palm gets closer and closer to the pelvis. Your dick should not (necessarily) be pointing further up or down - its orbit should be right or left, only (I assume this helps keep the tension on the CCs and not the dorsal nerve).

4. Let go about an inch under your glans (same as a regular jelq).

My attachment didn’t seem to go through on Thunders, so I’m posting this on imageshack. If this violates some rule, let me know and I’ll take it down.

If the links don’t work, PM me and I’ll send you a copy/new set of links.

Yes, I guess maybe a heli-horse-jelq, I tried your excercise and I think it could be a winner for those of us who wish to correct a curve, but if you are already straight down the line I would be careful not to overwork in one direction because it might create and unwanted curve. Although now I am thinking that it could be used to encourage the upward curve that so many seem to want…

I’d recommend alternating right and left hands for winch jelqs. I just put right hand instructions so I wouldn’t have to say “if you’re using left …”.

But yes, alternate both hands if you don’t want a curve, for sure.

Also: I’m paranoid about the dorsal nerve, so I’ve been doing this on the sides only (makes sense - should hit CCs, right?).

Winch jelq - seesaw variation (to stop the upper shaft from getting bent more than the base): normal overhand OK grip at base of dick. Tilt hand (that is, tilt the upward-pointing, pinky side of the hand toward the direction of the hand’s shoulder) so the shaft above the OK grip/inside the fingers is at whatever angle you want respective to the base (when the OK grip is at the base, you can get a more extreme angle by sliding the right hand over the base to the left [left hand over the base to the right] - thus starting the bend before the OK grip has left contact with the body), then - with forearm of jelqing hand resting on upper thigh - rock/seesaw/lever your forearm (elbow goes down, hand goes up), angling your hand however you want to increase/decrease degree of jelqing angle.

I find this is *much* easier on my fingers, and even my shoulders, than regular/shoulder-based jelqing - and gives equal angle-pressure to the full length of the dick better than what I originally described above.
